Well... my daughter and I both got sick to our stomachs after eating here. I think maybe the oil they use to make their wings is old and not changed often enough. Or, the wings were frozen for too long.It's sad because we used to like this place. ?The employees were SUPER nice and helpful! And the restaurant was clean, as were the bathrooms.It's just the food was bad! Which is why you go here in the first place.Not sure I'll go back. ?
Really oily and overpriced chicken. Don't waste your time when you can get way better quality chicken at a cheaper price somewhere else! I've heard from others that their chicken isn't always this bad, but I wouldn't even classify what they served me as chicken. Felt more like over-fried gelatin drowsed in too much sauce. I'll update this if I go there again and have a different experience, but I'm not thinking of going back there any time soon.

We went today (Sunday 2:30) and ordered a total of 20 wings. When we asked for ranch the lady up front wanted to charge us $2 for each side!!! She said it doesn't come with the wings and we have to pay for it!!! In the past we have gotten at least one side with every combo. We ended up paying $6 for a small tub of ranch. She was rude and very unapologetic about it also. She literally stopped talking to us in the middle of the order so she could approve another employee working overtime and then figuring out their schedules. So awkward. Also, they do not accept cash, super weird and inconvenient. One star is for the wings that were cooked perfectly and very delicious. Kudos to the ones working in the kitchen.I noticed the same reply is auto generated for all the bad reviews, but no one ever gets in contact with you. Even bad customer service from the top. Bad bad business.

If I could give ZERO stars I would ! Very Rude customer service here ! It was very busy and nobody helped me at all. I was standing there for at least 10 minutes, just waiting for someone to ask for my order name ! The lady with full face of makeup was just standing there and not helping at all ! She asked for my order name and gave me some attitude. Never coming back again !

pls read and be careful people. i have been going to this wing stop since its inception but unfortunately on 11/14 i ordered dinner from here and i 200% got food poisoning from this place. i know this because i was the only one in my family to order from wing-stop for dinner. i am disappointed to say but i will never eat at this location again. brutal past 2 days.

I have always loved wing stop since very little. I flew out to california to meet my boyfriend and we came across this specific wing stop. There was no one there and the workers were chatting in the back eating the left over chicken wings and fries. I remember saying "Hello?" and they completely IGNORED me. Terrible experience, I was so embarrased in front of my boyfriend. The chicken wings were disgusting.

I ordered through Door dash. The order was right and the food was cooked well. The only thing I don't understand is why the rub seasonings have minimal flavor. It's like it's lightly applied or doesn't stick.

I love this store and I love their wings, however today visit wasn't pleasant. I placed my order at 10 AM and when I went to pick it up, I was told that there was no order. Once I provided a copy of my confirmation #, they decided to prepare my meal. No apology no nothing. Once the meal was ready the manager handed me the bag, I asked what's in the bag and the response was I don't know. I said, you do know??? I pushed the bag over to the cashier to check and she told me that I was being rude. I was shocked, I told her I wasn't being rude, I want to you to check the order as I don't think you have the entire order in a littleBox. She said "we have cameras here". I can't believe that Maggie the manager had the audacity to say that. She went back to the kitchen and brought out 2 boxes. The worse attitude I've ever seen towards a customer and she calls herself a manager. I will be calling corporate tomorrow to further discuss this matter.

The past 2 times I've been here I've ordered the all in deal and worst deal ever. Last time I had almost no seasoning on the boneless wings today they were smaller than chicken nuggets and hardly any sauce for regular hot.Fries were barely cooked last time so I asked for well done and still not cooked. I'm officially over this spot.Funny that the business owner says they'll reach out to me but after 2 weeks still nothing. Not sure if this is a franchise but do better RSM Wingstop. Half your employees are too busy on the cell the rest are so incredibly kind. As a manager for over a decade you need to be more involved.

WARNING: They use DoorDash. This is the first and only place that didn’t deliver my food after at least a dozen orders. I haven’t seen delivery anywhere else ever fail to deliver food. I’ve had to pickup food because it wasn’t delivered to the right place. I’ve had to help drivers by phone, but this time a driver sent a photo of his leg and car gear stick, not the delivery. When the DD driver got called, he then showed up at my door and recorded me opening my door. I’ve filed complaints online along with his photo. WingStop needs to use their own drivers.
