Dear owner of Yogurtland in Rancho Santa Margarita, I'm a little challenged to understand your policy of turning all the lights off in your store in order to save money? How many people do you think drive-by and think you're closed? How many people don't want to sit in a pitch black interior while eating the yogurt? Do you, your businessAnd your employees a huge favor and turn on your darn lights! Your employee told me that you've told them to do that in order to save money? Very shortsighted and shows a miss guided business approach. You're losing money because your lights are turned off! I went in there on Saturday when it was 95° outside and there was no one in your store?

The young lady working when i came in at around 6:30 was so nice to my two daughters and it was nice to see how clean the store was. thought it was pretty yelp worthy because we don't see many teenagers as kind as her these days. love this yogurtland!

I went to this location to get my yogurt and was told that i could not use my card because their system was down. major inconvenience due to the fact that i only use card and contactless pay because of covid-19. After i come back with cash the yogurt machine i went to came out as straight liquid! no help other than "i don't know why that happened choose a different flavor", i didn't want to choose a different flavor i just wanted to get my yogurt and go at that point. the store is extremely poorly managed and there needs to be a new manager because this isn't my first time receiving terrible service from this store. AWFUL!

Very cautious with hand sanitizer and gloves for guest to self serve yogurt. Has outdoor seating nearby.

good employees, everyone wearing masks and they pour ice cream and toppings for you. very clean and sterile. thank you!

Asked to leave because my 2 year old took her mask off. Most places have an understanding that wearing a mask is tough for kids and while I wish I could control her 100% it's tough.

I saw a post online this week praising another Yogurtland for their process during the re-opening of their stores during this pandemic. It sounded great and I've been craving froyo so I decided to give it a try. I entered the store and was the only customer at the time. The employee had me stand in a taped off area in the middle of the floor and he did my yogurt for me. He asked if it was enough, and then added a little more per my request. He then asked me which toppings I wanted, and he added them. The toppings were covered in plastic while not in use. Once ready I was able to step up to the register to pay. The employee was in a mask, and so was I. Being a high risk individual, I want to thank this company for taking this seriously and for the care they have for their employees and customers. THANK YOU!!!

I use to love going here every week till this new girl started working at nights. She does not make a point to greet or provide "customer service" in any way. I always upload my card before I come and the last 2x's I have been here, she has not been able to scan my phone onto the computer to take my loaded payment. It is frustrating! And it makes matters worse because she doesn't attempt to try to fix the issue. Im out another $10 Having to pay with my card. When my account already has the funds. She needs to be taught!!!!

Good place to stop on a hot day. They have a good sy of different flavors to pick from. Frozen Yogurt is always good on a hot afternoon. We had a fun time, I will come back here again.

RSM yogurtland- It's always clean & with the exception of one employee have had an exceptional check out. I was a little bummed to see they got rid of their chocolate yogurt. The plant based chocolate was not my thing.

First time at this location and now I understand the complaints. I came in and the first flavor I chose came out super melted. I asked the staff if all the flavors had this consistency bc I didn't want to waste their yogurt checking every flavor (or paying to ear watery yogurt). All she responded with was "yeah probably bc we just opened (30 min ago). Umm.... 1 Star for quality and customer service.

Regular customer here, this was the very first time I had to use the restroom and boy was it discussing. The smell turned my stomach and there was stuff all over the floor and basically just filthy. The yogurt here is good however they dont change there flavors as often as they used to. Beware the charge for the shake option has changed to per ounce instead of a flat rate.the way it was when it was first introduced. This hikes the price dramatically. The only reason I gave a two star was the few choices they have that I liked are good. Give frappys yogurt a try in mission Viejo, cleaner and better atmosphere.
