I was blown away with how friendly Adam was. The reason being is because I feel like good customer service is hard to find these days. Adam started off with giving us great recommendations, asked about our preferences, and even asked about how our day was going. This kind of attitude deserves attention. Music was great along with board games to play. Lastly, the food was great. We recommend the Chicken Club on the grill. Amazing! Thanks for making our day even better, Adam!

Great great sandwiches super hot jalapeños . Beer always nice and cold. Nice quick grab and go.

Great food. Service is at a front counter. No roaming waitstaff. Ambiance is fun with an indoor-outdoor vibe. Good for teens and families. There is an outside patio.

NOT SURE WHY TIPS ARE REQUIRED TO PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER. TIP, means to insure prompt service. There is no service here. I'm placing the order online myself. The cashiers are not providing a service and I'm pretty sure any TIP would not be shared with whoever made the sandwich or brought the sandwich out. Am I tipping for the extra cheese you did not add? Am I tipping for the 30 minute wait? TIP, won't be back. And yes I still tip servers, bartenders, taxi drivers and valets etc. At least they provide a service!

Very fair prices. The sandwiches are well made - we've tried most and all are excellent. Perhaps not a fan of the potatoes salad (our homemade meets our needs as well as coleslaw). Love the Turkado and the California delight. Any of the sandwiches are great.

Bomb sandwiches. Perfect lunch spot. The roast beef with pepperoncini was EVERYTHING. Perfect hot sandwich. The Turkado was fresh and delicious. Will be back.

Was disappointed upon arriving there at 9:15 am and be greeted by CLOSED sign. They open far too late for even nominally early breakfast goers (sign states they open at 10am). They don't have a lot of competition in the area considering their location is in the heart of one of the busiest centers in RSM. Starbucks does have a few breakfast items and they DO open early.

Favorite spot for a draft beer and delicious sandwich in Rancho! The service is always amazing, and it's dog friendly.

Just went there with my brother in uniform because I was too lazy to change, the manager there gave us a free meal which she did not need to do and I cannot thank the staff there enough! Super friendly

Website says location was open until 8pm, when I arrived at the door at 737pm there was a sign saying they closed early @330pm for Halloween. This terribly inconsiderate for people who check ahead of time and plan to make sure they are open only to arrive to extremely frustrating reality. At least update your hours online.

Great sandwich shop and if into specialty beers, you'll love it. Outside of sitting on either side of bar, not for me/will take to go.
