The breakfast sandwich was $7.75, which was a bit much in my opinion since it's just a croissant with cheese, egg, and sausage. The Vietnamese coffee had an acidic aftertaste that wasn't super pleasant. The glazed donut had too much icing on it, but other than that it was standard.

Great place under a new management. They are killing it. Super friendly and accommodating . They will adjust the menu for you. The food is delicious. I love the ham egg bacon and cheese .

Under new ownership, and although I do miss the old owners, everything is amazing! Especially love the breakfast burritos and variety of fresh donuts. Service is quick and sincere and prices are very fair.

I'll definitely return. I ordered the breakfast burritos, donuts, and hot coffee. The food is fresh, the coffee is hot and good, and the burritos come with hot sauce packets + pico de Galo. My only con is the portion size and meat could be bigger.
New ownership has jacked the prices up with bad quality food and smaller portions. Doesn’t make sense won’t be returning. Jenny kept this place alive

New owner. Good food. Cleaner! Only thing I would recommend is out someone with good friendly.nature. The lady there has no personality, doesn't smile or engage with customers well. You are in a customer service business. Good food alone will not keep customers. Lighten up and be more amiable.
