The one thing about this is not a coffee shop anymore. It's a museum history of gold mining you can spend a few hours here looking at old photos and equipment and gold panning.

I've been coming through this town once or twice every summer for about 10 years, and I've never seen this place open, but I've always wanted to stop. I definitely wouldn't make a trip here just for this place. I'll update my review if they are ever open when I'm passing through.

It's one of those places you have to see to believe but its not a cafe.

Love this place. The museum has so much history. They also do mining tours. Cool old stuff everywhere.

Nice people, but I don't think it worth the stop.

The best part about this place was Don. Don has rich knowledge of mining and the history of mining in the area. He suggested a cool backroad side road trip to Randsberg, another semi ghost town. There were turnoff along the way to see old mining towns. He also sells dry and wet mining equipment and security devices.

Old Gold mining town. Super cool shop a must stop. Free coffee just for stopping by. Cool Gifts and souvenirs. A cool little museum to check out for $3.00 or if you buy something it's free admission.
