Franklin (not sure if he is a busser, food runner, or what…..hardest worker in the entire restaurant). When we asked him what his role is, he just expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to earn his way. Wow! Joey was our bartender/server. He has a personality that I would come back for regularly. Not sure who was on the station that cooked my steak perfectly but to be honest I had low expectations but was very pleasantly surprised. Best experience at a chain restaurant that I have had in a long time. Even the manager, Charles, checked in and poured me a glass of wine. I will be returning, likely as a regular very specifically because of the staff though the food and drinks were good as well

So unfortunately we didn't like the food, my wife's noodles were soggy, it was some chicken sause dish. My mac and cheese (side) tasted very bland and just unflavorful. My Steak and Green Beans were good, and we usually get the same appetizer every time anyways and that was good. We were just shocked and very disappointed about the quality of our food. We've never had an experience like that at Applebee's where what we ordered just didnt taste...good?! :( Somethings changed, 🙏 im hoping our next experience with the food is better. Our server was amazing and the environment was great

It was just my mom and I getting breakfast and it was $50. For PANCAKES EGGS AND HASHBROWNS. They don't have the deals you see advertised on tv. Won't be back anytime soon.

I had breakfast there this morning, ordered the pancake special and it was a joke, two small cake's with two eggs hash browns witch were burnt the eggs were crispy around the edges with two dinky sausage links and coffee, all for the price of $22.44. If they don't get in line with the prices they charge they won't be open long....
Called in to reserve seating, said they would have it. We got there and they told us first come first serve. They could have told us that, totally would have been ok with that they lied and we wasted our time!

For the longest time this store has been slacking. Food has been about average to low quality. Staff is slow and the new improvements is horrendous, hiring some teenagers to unload trucks and run their mouth to people is crazy work. Something needs to be done about the quality of workers we are letting present themselves in public. Simply put very unprofessional.

We asked to be seated outside of the bar area and was told no. This place stinks so bad there's no way I'd try and eat there. After the waitress' attitude about moving seats, it was obvious how this experience would be. Nope, not wasting time here. Yuck.
