Being from Texas, we are typically pretty picky when it comes to Mexican food. We LOVE Casa Ramos! The staff are attentive and friendly. The food is really good and we can highly recommend pretty much anything and everything on the menu.
The Food was Average, and the Service was fine. However, their prices are slightly higher than average for Red Bluff.\nI believe they are definitely not "the #1 Restaurant" in Red Bluff.
I have been here several times, and it's hit and miss. I have had great service and great food, also terrible service and very mediocre food. My last experience was terrible. I'm pretty sure our waitress was drunk, very forgetful and sloppy. The food was not very good the last time either. But like I said, I have been there before and it was the opposite. So take your chances I guess
