Ordered Takeout. Ended up having to go back cause half the order was missing. When I finally got home everything was ice cold and honestly underwhelming. The only thing I enjoyed was the Mac N Cheese.

Very disrespectful to our law enforcement. Lady in the kitchen saw a uniform cop come in to order and says out loud, “ugh, there’s a cop here”. The officer walked out. Can’t blame him. Do better chicken shack!!

A friend of mine that it's a law enforcement officer went into your establishment for a meal was treated very disrespectfully by a female in your kitchen by shouting “ugh there is a cop here!!”Shame on your establishment for allowing your employees to misbehave in that manner!! So shameful!!

Great menu selection, fresh & flavorful food. You can choose a bun or waffle as your sandwich bread. The prices are decent. Good atmosphere with plenty of seating. If you’re in the area they’re definitely worth a try. You won’t be disappointed. I got the Naked chicken, waffle as my bread & a side of bourbon syrup.

This has been my go-to all month the dressed up fries they serve are delicious & can feed 2-3 people for only $11!! I don’t like dinning in at most places so I always go with the takeout option and I’ve never had a problem w napkins or utensils being forgotten in the bag! Their prices are definitely worth the high quality chicken as well as portions, especially compared to most food joints in red bluff. Locally owned businesses are always better quality & help out our community so chicken shack will continue to be my go-to for a fast meal:) I REALLLY recommend the deep fried pecan pies!

So I've been wanting to visit this place since it first opened and I FINALLY had the opportunity to TONIGHT. I called at 930pm as I was just gonna see what they had left and get my order to go Well as I was driving up, all the chairs are up off the floor (hey I GET it, they wanna get outta there asap it's a FRIDAY NIGHT and if it's been SLOW I'd do the same thing! ) I see TWO employees standing there talking to one another as my call is totally ignored and they let it go to voicemail...... SNIFFLE...One of my biggest PET PEEVES is businesses who have their hours listed on their WEB site AND on the actual business, but for whatever reasons they start closing early and do not UPDATE their web site or their building sign.I work long hours and unfortunately my little one horse po dunk town doesn't have too many business like this that are open till 10 pm on ANY NIGHT! and their supposedly open till 10.during the week nights too (good information to know lol)... I'm also assuming that the OWNER gave permission to his/her employees to shut down early and that could b for VARIOUS reasons, I'm submitting this review because I am soooo disappointed that I didn't get to try them and I dont know how long it will b B4 I gett the opportunity again. So unti I actually get to TRY the food, I'm giving a one star review.... And CHICKEN SHACK, feel free to leave a reply!!! I can't wait to try u guys out!!

Fast and friendly service , was hoping for better quality of taste in the chicken sandwich I ordered , had 0 seasoning to it , tasted like a bland piece of chicken between some buns , fries were good , willing to try other things on the menu as this was a friendly atmosphere and great service by the crew

We bout the 1/2 and 1/2 tenders and wings. Expensive. Everything tasted good but the next day had me curling up in a ball and on the toilet for like the whole next day. And besides that they gave me 2 veggie trays when suppose to give extra fries and angry Mac probably won’t go there again cause how sick I was feeling afterwards.
