Cotijas Taqueria is a hidden gem! The food is absolutely delicious, especially the lengua burrito and lengua tacos—tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Portions are generous, so you definitely get great value for your money. The quesadillas are also really good—cheesy, satisfying, and packed with flavor. Everything tastes fresh and authentic. I understand trying to cut costs by not having a physical menu or not having take out containers, but you have to be able to then fit all of your menu on a screen. They didn't have any tortas on the menu, but I went out on a limb and still ordered a standard torta. Large portion but very poor preparations. I would have liked at least a toasting of the bun to finish the sandwich. Salsa was okay at best. Loud and empty atmosphere.

I can't express how much I love this place. I eat here regularly and the food is always smackin. They're very consistent and servings are plentiful. My favorite order is two quesabirria a jarritos and esquites. I can't recommend them enough. Perfect for if you're passing through and need a good satisfying lunch. 10/10
