Cotijas Taqueria is a hidden gem! The food is absolutely delicious, especially the lengua burrito and lengua tacos—tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Portions are generous, so you definitely get great value for your money. The quesadillas are also really good—cheesy, satisfying, and packed with flavor. Everything tastes fresh and authentic. I can't express how much I love this place. I eat here regularly and the food is always smackin. They're very consistent and servings are plentiful. My favorite order is two quesabirria a jarritos and esquites. I can't recommend them enough. Perfect for if you're passing through and need a good satisfying lunch. 10/10
