My husband and I are visiting CA and going across CA 36 West and saw this place. The waitress “Annette”was amazing and the food was amazing! My husband had their home made clam chowder soup which he thought was his top 2 ever!!! I had the fried mushrooms and let me tell you I am a fried mushroom lover and these are by far my absolute favorite ever!! If you get out this way don’t drive by!! You won’t be sorry!

Dibble creek is our favorite date night place! Candice has helped us every evening we came and she gives impeccable service. Candice serves up the best drinks and remembers us and what we like. Dibble creek is a great place but its the staff like Candice that makes it so memorable. In a time where customer service isnt what it used to be, Candice at dibble creek shows good customer service is still around .

Ordered sausage, hashbrowns. Couldn’t eat hashbrowns they were so greasy. Had to wait for my toast. Young cowboy cook too busy checking his cell phone than cooking. I won’t be back. Waste of gas, time and money.

This is a really wonderful place! Great food, great staff and a very fun atmosphere. Love the ribeye. It was cooked exactly as I ordered and was perfectly seasoned. The cheese curds are fantastic!

Our four meals were all good.
I ordered deep fried mushrooms for an appetizer, and an order of cheese curds. The mushrooms were impressive. Very large mushrooms appeared to be made in-house. The cheese curds were good, too.
I ordered the brisket. It had a good flavor, was very dry, but tender.
The beans as a side were some of the best I've ever had! Big chunks of brisket & bacon.
The coleslaw was made in-house, and VERY good.
The macaroni & cheese was good, but a bit bland. I'm a little surprised they don't add a tiny bit of jalapeño for flavor, but not heat. Bonus points though for cooking it al dente!
Another member of our party ordered the pulled pork sandwich, with onion rings. She said the sandwich was good, and the onion rings were great. The onion rings appeared to be made in-house.
Another member ordered the steak salad. She said the steak was cooked perfectly and presented in bite sized pieces. It was adorned with red & green bell peppers, corn, black beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, on top of a mixture of spring mix & iceberg lettuce. She enjoyed it immensely.
Our other member ordered the Smashburger. It was basically a hamburger patty placed between two grilled cheese sandwiches! He ordered it with French fries, and really enjoyed his meal as well.
My 4 star rating was
-1 for the dry brisket, (but I'd try it again)
-1 for service since I had to have the bartender get our young waitress twice. We went at 5pm, so it wasn't busy.
-1 on atmosphere, because it was warm, and tends to be noisy - especially as the bar crowd comes in.
We will definitely return, and recommend the restaurant.
