Usually drive across town because this place takes forever. You will sit in line for at least 20 to 30 min. Customer service is not so great they are kind of rude and don’t make you feel welcome.

Waited in the line for 15 minutes before start of shift and turns out it was closed even though online says it was open, so frustrating and made me late to work. Also had a gift card when I went a second time and the system was broken, went again a couple days later and still broken, sorry but not going back to this Dutch again!

On 3 separate occasions, this Dutch bros has overcharged me, messed up my order and gave me the wrong order. I’m super disappointed. The problem is, I have let them know with nothing being done. Yesterday I went and purchased 3 drinks, I took a drink of mine, which I order almost 3 times a week… and it was a frost… not coffee… and absolutely not my order. I let them know and they argued with me that it was my drink… I wanted them to remake it, but she told me it was the drink I wanted, I know what my drink taste like and that was not it. It was a frost…. I was on my way to work and left the drink there. Dutch bros is the most expensive and for the money I should be getting what I asked for. This girl had brown hair, ponytail- her eye looked red and swollen… I do not know her name but she was incredibly rude. For the money I paid I should be getting what I want. I also feel that if I’m overcharged they should compensate for that and they tell me there is nothing they can do. I would really appreciate this to be fixed. 9/30/2023 (Friday around 4/4:30) is when this happened yesterday.

Don’t come here to get your bday drink! App wasn’t working and asked to show ID and EVEN gave to give them his phone number to show he has the app! But NO per manager they don’t do it!!! They won’t be having my family’s business anymore and there was gonna be a 10 people order and always buy more drinks when we get bday drinks so have fun with your rude rules and rude workers. I still paid for his drink becauseITS his birthday but will be my last $ you will have
