The single best identifier how how good the food is at a food truck is how long the line is at lunchtime. It was just after noon, and I had passed by 5 taco trucks, and each one had a couple of customers but when I came up to Francisco's Tacos there were 6 people in line to order and another 6 waiting for their order. Those are my kind of odds! I got 4 Tacos de cabeza ala plancha and 3 tacos de carne asada, and let me just say that they were Amazing! ☆☆☆☆☆

Best burrito 🌯 I’ve had in a while. Surf and turf burrito! Super super good! Great salsa too to go with it. The red sauce is hotter but super good and the green salsa is just perfect!

I have homes in Portland and San Clemente, CA. After traveling the I-5 corridor for years, this is my favorite quick lunch stop, hands down. Carne asada and carnitas tacos are SO GOOD. Flavorful juicy meat with crispy edges, perfect salsa verde, carmelized onions in the side.
The food was great! I had Carne Asada Tacos with beans and rice. The portions to price was great! I bought 18 tacos for my family. You will love it. The flavor is impeccable. They are conveniently located near the Days Inn I stayed in during my haunted California roadtrip

The food was amazing had the Quesabirrias, some tacos and quesadillas the food was outstanding as always but I was missing my carne asada tacos and only got my chicken tacos, it was cold so I may have left too soon lol.
