Passing thru on our way to Redding. This place absolutely hit the spot. We came 45 minutes before closing and food was fresh.

We were passing through Red Bluff bringing our son home from camp. We asked him to pick anything he wanted for dinner since he’d been eating camp food for two weeks, and he declared that he wanted sushi. I thought this would be a hard find here, but I looked it up and saw Ikkyu had pretty good reviews. We reluctantly went and it blew us away! Great rolls, great service! And it was packed with locals (always a good sign). Highly recommend the red dragon and green dragon roll!

Incredibly fast and friendly. The pork tonkatsu ramen was fantastic, but their takoyaki is the hill I will die on.

I thought, perhaps, that this place would be better the 2nd time around, but I can honestly say...I won't be back!

Food was decent, and the portion sizes substantial (even the nigiri sushi was generously sliced), but the service??

Not only was I not checked on during my dining (never got even a water refill or asked if I wanted another beverage), but I waited 15 minutes AFTER my meal was completed, before I had to ask for my check from halfway across a near empty restaurant.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT come here! Anywhere else would be preferable for better service.

This place is truly good. All the food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared quickly. We ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen with chicken—the portion was huge and absolutely delicious, along with a warm roll, Philadelphia roll, and miso soups. Everything tasted amazing! A big thank to the staff for their warm welcome and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

First time eating here. Food delicious and fresh. People very friendly. Servers helpful. Everything came out timely. Left full and satisfied.
