We went here for my nephews birthday and usually when we have gone it's been a great time, but this time the lanes kept malfunctioning and we asked for more time since we had to keep waiting for them to come and fix it. They would only give us 5 min longer so we didn't get to bowl our two last frames. They were also very short staffed. Maybe it was just a bad day..the remodel looks great though and loved laser tag.
I reserved a few tables for my daughters 4th birthday, And for me, It was perfect. All of the kids had a blast bowling and playing in the bounce house. Plenty of options for adults to entertain themselves as well. The service was great, the manager kept checking in with me to see how things were going and rescheduled our events because the kids wanted to start in the bounce house instead of bowling.
