Went to the drive-thru of McDonald's today and they took the order of person in front of us but didn't take our order because the drive-thru was supposedly closed right after they take an order from the person in front of us they had no sign or anything worse service I've had in a long time and I'm refusing to come back

We went to drive up to order iced tea. They want to charge us $9.89 then realized their mistake when questioned. The next window asked if we ordered a machiato. Instead of giving us a half sweet, the tea was fully sweetened. I will not go back to Red Bluff McDonald's.

Haven't been to a mc D's in 15 years.When I found out Marie calenders didn't exist anymore I had to try the fries one more time.I had to request HOT fries it's really the only option for me.Weirded out by the kiosk and no smiling faces to greet me?Guess I just got old somewhere in Montana...

I'm a door dasher. I was in the parking lot parked under the tree closest to the gas station waiting for an order and they told me I had to leave. Even though I said I was waiting for an order they said they consider it as hanging out.

The fries were actually good, the soda was tasty and the hamburger was ok. I would visit again.
My kids love mcdonalds.. we come here maybe 6 times a month.. there food is good and it takes them maybe 5 minutes to make all the food its rare for them to forget anything really. I usually get a big Mac and my kids get happy meals and dr peppers. And when they are good I get them ice cream. But some times there ice cream machine is not working I love this place.. and so does my kids..
