The Palomino room has always been a Tehama county staple, but Carlos and Becca have taken it to new heights. Aside from them providing an amazing restaurant experience with awesome food, (shoutout to Byron and the rest of the kitchen staff)….The Zapata’s are heavily involved in the community and giving back. They love their staff and take care of them any way that they can.

All started with a nice feeling of a clean place. The table was very clean, just like you would have at home. Tammy's greatness and service were perfect and made me feel so lucky to be at this place, when it comes to the main thing, the food. can tell you.

It was at a nice size—not too big but big enough for a good-eating person.
It was assessed with high accuracy. The ingredients were at the proper size and well balanced, providing that semi-soft, semi-cracked feeling, and when it comes to the taste... perfect! just PERFECT.

This is a local bar with good burgers and sports on TV. We happened upon it while looking for a place to eat. It was a friendly, fun atmosphere where people sat at the bar (and tables) and ate while they chatted and watched sports. The burgers are huge (with fries). Share? The town has limited restaurants, though they do have quite a few Mexican restaurants, which are good.

We called in for a meal with the family. Honestly, the entrance gave me second thoughts as it's just a small door in the back of a building, but I'm so glad we went in!
The staff were really friendly and even showed us around a little. The place has history! Burgers were top notch. I'm just sorry I was driving so couldn't stay for a few beers.

They suck balls because they never have their upstairs open anymore and then one night I Got yelled at for walking out while they had my card because I had to avoid this crazy lady and when I came back to authorize it I got yelled at by the lady? probably won’t come back because of the experience

Corinne and Tammy are two of the best bartenders and people you will ever meet and bring an amazing atmosphere to the iconic bar and restaurant. Also Tanna,Emily and Aleah do a super job also. The food is top two in Tehama County with everything on the menu being fantastic or better. I gave it 5 stars because it won't let me give it more. Drinks are great and food is even better.
