Everytime I call to order no one picks up. I have to call 4 to 5 times to get an answer:/ and last time the lady didn't talk me through my order and hung up on me twice.

Shout out to Stephanie (I believe that's her name) and the night crew at the PapaMurphys in Red Bluff, CA. For making a custom Turtle Pizza This goes great with a trip to Turtle Bay! 425f 15minVegetarian options: Go for the Vegetarian option and have the Turtle Shell covered in Greens!

Last time I was here I ordered a gourmet vegi pizza on gluten free crust and was told that the garlic sauce has gluten in it so I ordered without. I was treated like I was dumb. Then today I went back and ordered the same pizza asking for oil and garlic and because of the gluten in the other sauce. I was again talked to like I am an idiot because apparently I was told wrong.Not going back

I Did not like that girl named Abbey or Audrey. Just a rude girl. They were not busy as she started our order right away. my husband was holding onto the counter as it's hard for him to walk around and he gave me a break from leaning on me. And so it wasn't awkward he started a small talk. She gave him a nasty look and just replied uh huh rudely and he said sorry I'll just go sit down and her reply was " yeah you really should " with so much attitude then she just tossed our pizza on the counter and walked off. Thank you to the blond kid for being so sweet and coming out from the back to finish our order.

Honestly, Im not one to write horrible reviews. I'd rather just not say anything, and take it as a "you get what you pay for type of situation." But what I walked in on when picking up mine and my small family's lunch on Monday and it was just absolutely ridiculous and sloppy.When going in to pick up my phone order, I waited in the front for what seemed like an eternity, because I was starring at my pizza, and an empty front store, I waited and heard a soda open in the back of the store, and I said "Hello." And I heard clanking like If I scared someone and then I walked over by the other register, and I found an employee by the name of Audrey in the back with an opened 2 liter of soda on her phone, scrolling. She had beautiful braids, except the fact it was in my pizza.. I called the Manager only for the phones to not work, Im not sure if they are off the hook, but I sat on the phone for 5 minutes just hearing rings. Not only do they have horrible attitudes in the place, you can't even get your problems solved.. Please Help CORPORATE.

Service is horrible! Manager yelled at me in front of my kiddo and a room full of people all because she worked a 12 hour shift and didnt want to be there. The staff are all children with the majority having zero customer service skills. Do NOT get pizza at papa murphy's if its ANY kind of holiday
In a hurry or want to save a couple of box on a ready to cook pizza pie? Vs. Getting a boxed pizza at the grocery store? You could do worse.
