Had breakfast here, and it was amazing! I ordered a veggie omelette, and my partner ordered the french toast combo. He absolutely loved it! Ashley was our waitress; she was very polite and friendly. She made sure to check up on us several times to ensure we were enjoying our food as well as making sure if we needed anything else. The restaurant itself was very clean.

I just had the WORST customer service experience ever at Tremont by an older waitress, when I tried to substitute some of my sides to fit my diet. She immediately ruled told me "NO" Then I asked for a salad. I changed my mind and tired to get our waitresses attention for 20 minutes, 20 minutes of being ignored we asked another waitress and was told she'd by right back with our waitress. Our Waitress said the salad was done and I had to pay for it. I didn't even have the salad at my table but was forced to pay for it all included with my waitresses HORRIBLE ATTITUDE and forcing me to pay for something I didn't even have.

I ate alone at the counter. The "server" was busy on her cell phone most of the time I was there. She never brought the water I asked for, and my order was incorrect when she initially brought it out - but I had to wait several minutes to tell her, because she was busy talking on her cell phone, with her back to the restaurant.
She also didn't offer me hot sauce because her cell phone was more pressing; I had to flag down the other server for that. The food was fine, but actually the other server helped me almost as much as the one whose section I was in. I thought about tipping her instead, but that didn't seem right.
I'll stick to other places.
