I use the Philips Automatic Lattego 3200 and I usually use what I thought were pretty good whole beans for my espresso shots. I was out of beans and I hadn't been able to make it to Costco to pick up another bag. Delicious coffee & local delivery kept me caffeinated during Covid. Which is great, but the customer service is amazing. I mentioned that my wife would like a lighter varietal in decaf, their current decaf was dark roast. They actually found another roaster and referred me to another roaster to get the roast i was looking for. That is what customer service should be.They have a loyal customer in me. You might want to give them a try too.
