Applebee's Grill + Bar

We came in and there was a waiting of 25 min so we decided to sit at the bar for a drink after 45 min we asked about our table and the guy skipped us because a new guy was the hostess at the end we ask for a table mind you for 2 and the second host told us about 15 min so we decided to eat at the bar, second hostess was very nice very apologetic very nice young man food was incredible we order the 2 for 33 the bourbon chicken and the 8 oz steak food was amazing again! Besides the waiting time and that they forgot us everything was fine👌

So this has happened more than once already! Went there on Friday for just my mom & I. The wait was 45 minutes. But WHY?! there were booths available close to the windows. There were other parties of 6 or more that night. How in the world was the wait 45 minutes long?? I get it, your supposed to go in order but if you have a bigger party that does NOT fit in a booth give to those who are there already. 3 other girls also came and left because it was ridiculous!! If you have empty tables and fit in a booth please just sit them down so we can eat and go. I’m tired of this place. Overall our server Gerardo was great thank you!! Because of him the service was good and the food was great thank you! But you guys need to do something about organizing yourselves better

Wasn't worth the 50 dollars we spent, gave me French fries instead of extra green beans, which I ended up being greatful for because the green beans tasted old and nasty, I had to throw them away, the ribs were super dry, and the wonton tacos had barely any meat or coleslaw in them.

Amazes me how this place is never packed and the service is so horrible. Waited 10 minutes to be seated not bad. Sat at the table for 38 minutes before anyone came to service us. Horrible.

WHOEVER WAS IN THE KITCHEN LAST NIGHT!!!…OMG!!! *Chef’s Kiss* it was the BEST pasta I’ve had so far from here.

I only order 1 of 2 things when I come because I don’t eat meat. 1 is the Impossible burger and 2 is the broccoli fettuccine Alfredo (sub chicken for Impossible patty).

Service is great most of the time. Here & there, you’ll get ignored but it’s not often enough to complain about.

You’ll have an enjoyable time here.

Vegetarian options: Imposible patty. Good for substituting other meat

Parking: It’s in Walmart parking lot, so plenty of parking.

Customer service not so great, came in on a slow Tuesday afternoon & waited about 20 minutes to get sat down. No hostess seen anywhere & any of the staff could’ve said “hey we’ll be with you shortly” nothing like that, no acknowledgement even when they saw us. Started to contemplate just walking out. Food was okay at best, kind of bland. Won’t be dining here again.

Was In Sunday Morning around 11:30 hadn’t been to this location forever since the mgmt change… but the customer service was lacking was told be less then 5 mins for a booth and the guy at host area didn’t seem to have much of a sense or urgency to get me seated.. so after 20 mins I left was very disappointing as Redlands normal a good location but seem to have chance.. will stick with highland location they at least know how customer service is..
