We sat at the bar and our tender Raul was wonderful we hope he takes the training opportunity in Vegas. Great guy good luck in the franchise

unfortunately the food was a little bit dry and a little undercooked the hot plate that came out wasn't that hot I get this all the time I know how hot it should be the waitress Jennifer was awesome thank you very much she was such a great help if you want a great waitress ask for Jennifer! 💯

The kitchen was backed up so it took a while to get our food. We had a party of 14 and everyone seemed to enjoy their meal

I love Applebee's happy hour... but waiting 75 minutes for a table was ridiculous. The host was just avoiding eye contact with us and folding napkins. I finally had to ask do you guys want our business or not?
Yes. It was busy at the bar, but the tables around were empty. When we finally sat down our waitress was really snippy and forgot about us. When we put in our happy hour order I ordered everything we'd need because who knows when we'd see the waitress again.... when it came to paying we almost walked out because the stupid card thing on the table didn't work and out waitress was MIA. This was a SATURDAY AT 9:30PM.
I'll stick to the Rancho location going forward.

Dude this grilled chicken taste like rubber printed meat, can't even bite it! People work hard for a good meal and this is what they offer you!

The first time we dined in, we ordered the kids’ chicken quesadilla, but it didn’t come with lettuce and tomatoes. The double crunch shrimp also didn’t come with the cocktail sauce and lemon wedge.
The second time, we ordered to-go — the 8oz sirloin and the chicken parmesan fettuccine with a house salad and zucchini. The salad was not fresh; the lettuce had turned brown, and the zucchini portion was very small.

I'm a self described non Applebee's fan. Decided to give them another try the other day. Still not an Applebee's fan. Service was great. Had the Chicken parmesan fettuccine. It comes with squash rather than broccoli, which was fine. Not as good, but fine. The fettuccine was pretty dry with very little alfredo sauce. When asked, the waitress quickly brought more alfredo sauce without a problem. Overall it was pretty bland. Just not the place for me.

Frank Le was outstanding. Guy has the best customer service I've received in an Applebees and fantastic memory. He also did everything he could to make my friend's drink when she asked for one of the special seasonal alcoholic drinks non-alcoholic.

I go here generally once a week. They've messed up my order on occasion, but nothing severe. Today was a terrible experience. I should have received 15 wings. I received 11. That's almost 1/3 of my order. That's unacceptable. Then they capped the issues by giving me a small portion of fries for the basket of fries I ordered. I order this almost weekly, and quite literally, I usually receive 3x the amount of fries that I received today. I paid $5 for a basket of fries and the amount of fries I received is massively disappointing because we're talking about fries. With just one of these issues, I wouldn't have bothered leaving a review, but 2 MAJOR issues, where I was shorted on food I paid for in both instances, in one order, just makes me feel like the guy bagging up my order was out to get me today and I'm unsure why. I just want what I paid for.
