Food is decent but the service is terrible. Whomever is on the intercom must be miserable because even asking from them to review a simple order is like pulling teeth. They constantly make mistakes even with the simplest of order. Plus, they are rude and never say "hello" or "thank you" Employees just seem to hate their lives? Guess I'll be going to the upgraded version of this place like In-n-out where they treat customers with respect and take pride in their job.

Went in today 12/09/23 . Unfortunately I wish I didn't come here to spend $13 on a double bacon baker combo. The burger they gave me wasn't even freshly cooked. It was cold from the meat to the buns . Never coming to this location again

1 star for the food but 5 stars for customer service. I'm not sure what happened. Y'all used to be one of my family's favorites (was even my first job in High School). These days? Quality is gone, and the prices have skyrocketed. Take a page from In N Outs play book. They hardly raise their prices, the quality has never changed, and they give their employees awesome benefits and pay. So we know it can be done without exploiting your customers, workers, and sacrificing quality. This is the last time I'm wasting my money here, unless y'all revert back to your old ways.

Went into bakers , ordered my food and while waiting for my order I observed two teenagers a female and a Male about 15 or 16 years old entering the bathroom together. I had to wait quite a long time for my order. When I was leaving the female and male were still in the bathroom. Why would a place of business allow this kind of behavior. What is this world coming to.

Got the twin kitchen combo meal ( double baker with cheese a beef taco ? fries and a drink ). My double baker was good ( but the thousand islands tasted like it had extra mustard in it ) the taco was really good. Bakers has the best tacos. And my fries ? tasted good. Bakers bakers

Baker's is garbage now. I used to eat here at least once or twice a week because it was so good for the price. I haven't eaten here in 2 years since the quality went way down and the prices went way up. Last time I ate here I got a stale hamburger bun that wasn't even toasted. The meat of the hamburger was low quality and chewy. The new tortillas are gross and the burritos are always undercooked. I used to pay $9 for a single baker with cheese and the 2 bean and cheese burrito value meal (which they did away with) only a few years ago. Now the same meal costs $15+ and the quality is noticeably worse. Every time I pass by now the drive-thru is empty. It used to always be backed up to the street when they were good. It's a shame.
