Terrible experience. Employee checking cell phone while touching my food along with touching her face while working. Thank goodness I got my food before that. When I asked for the manager and told her what I observed the employee told hercandci that she didn't do that and said I must have had a bad day! I called the health department to report what I observed

This Bakers location in Redlands is, without a doubt, the most disappointing of all. It is disheartening to say, but regardless of the time of day or the volume of customers, the wait time for food consistently stretches to an excessive 25-30 minutes. The quality of the fries is equally appalling. It seems that either the oil is not being replaced or the fries are being reused, resulting in a far-from-desirable experience. As former patrons who have fond memories of Bakers from our childhood , it pains us to leave this review. Sadly, the lack of urgency on the part of the employees only compounds the issue. There is a need for significant improvement in various aspects of the service provided here.

Fast food chain that still manages to feel almost family owned. They don't have a "value menu" because everything on their menu is value priced. Instead of subtly minimizing their tacos to fit some fancy advertised price they are just as good as always and priced fair.

The pollo asado burrito had a lot of hard to bite rice in it that hurt my teeth when i bit into it and the crunchy beef taco had hair in it. The quality of the food was very disappointing. none of the workers were wearing hair

I wanted something quick since I'm in Redlands So gross! I don't wanna go back and turn in my tostada. Within 2 to 5 minutes of leaving them I went to eat my tostada, and it was completely soggy on the bottom. I will not be back here. I normally go to Yucaipa drive thru
