Upon entering this Thai restaurant, you're greeted by beautifully arranged string lights and a spacious outdoor seating area. It was my first visit, and I was meeting a large group of friends for a graduation dinner. The staff were incredibly accommodating, setting up a large table for us. I was particularly impressed by our waitress, who took our 12-person order effortlessly after hearing it just twice. The wait wasn't long, and the food arrived promptly. I ordered their Bangkok breeze for a drink, which offered a nice tropical flavor with subtle hints of rum. Our table shared some spring rolls, but they turned out to be more like egg rolls in appearance and taste. For my main course, I opted for the chicken drunken noodles. While the noodles were cooked perfectly, the rest of the dish lacked seasoning. The chicken was bland and lacked flavor, and the overall dish wasn't spicy despite the menu description. Although the staff provided excellent customer service and the seating area was charming, I found the food disappointingly bland. I would likely return for the ambiance, live music, and drinks, but not for the food.

Some of the very best Thai food you can get in IE! The service is always fast and courteous. I've been going there since they opened and will continue!

Been going to Benjarong for more than 10 years, last two times have been bad, last night was the last. Something has changed, saying the food was mediocre is being kind, service was bad, we had to ask for silverware and napkins... like I said, won't be back.

Service is great at this place. And the ambiance is perfect for a quiet dinner to have good conversations with friends. The food is pretty typical Thai food in the US. Pretty sweet for most dishes.

We had been going to this restaurant for years and always enjoyed the food, the welcoming staff and the ambiance. Tonight we felt that things had dramatically changed. The food was not as good and the service not that attentive, even when they were not very busy. We made a simple request for sauces, such as soy sauce, chili oil, etc. that used to come in nice serving dishes. This time they dropped it off in small take-out plastic containers. We get it if we are ordering take-out, but eating in and being treated like we were ordering take-out was very odd. This is not the same place we had been accustomed to in the past and we will not be coming back. There are many great Thai restaurants locally and Benjarong used to be among them. Now, they are a shadow of what they used to be and not worth the visit.

2* purely for the nice and polite service. I was really craving Thai food, so we've gone and ordered for over 100$. The regular, staple Thai dishes. Maaan, I knew the moment I stepped in and saw no Thai people eating there, that this was another bust in IE! The service was good but this is NOT Thai food. Even the staff there said so After talking to the staff there and literally asking "Where is the garlic, the chili, the fish sauce and lime in the food?" the lady laughed and said "You want Thai food? This no Thai food! This American food!" And so it was Other than that, the place was clean, had plenty of parking. With my grestest respect to the business owners, please start cooking authentic Thai dishes the way they are meant to taste or don't call yourself a Thai restaurant.

This is one of the jewels of Redlands, and an excellent example of fine Thai cuisine. A must if you’ve never been…Simple, yet elegant…

An upscale Thai place. Quiet, but you can watch sports in the bar section. A little pricey.Parking: The parking is off the street but not hard to find.
