Cashier asked if I could pay over Zelle, but then charged me a credit card fee anyways. That's not how that works 🤦🏻
Sandwich was good, though.

I didn't expect much, but these sandwiches have that great homemade taste. They give good quality meats and cheese, fresh lettuce and tomato, not so much that the sandwich gets soggy. The sodas, they have a clean taste and the right amount of carbonation. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating. There was no air conditioning but the fan worked well enough for mid-morning. I will definitely go again.

I've worked by this shop for 17 years and always wondered about it.
Well, today was the day, and wow, how disappointing it was.
First of all, the sign out front says any 6-inch sub chips and a drink, but they show you a small list on the counter.
I chose ham and was super surprised that it has just one piece of basic lunch meat. No cheese as an option. Just sad.
We even asked if they have new owners because I remember there were lines to get into this place years ago.
This place was dead quiet when I walked in, and I should have taken that as a warning because I felt ripped off.

WARNING: If you get the $9 special, it’s literally one slice of meat and no cheese. Most disappointing sandwich ever, not worth the price. More mayo than meat. The sign in the front says “Any sub” in big letters and “see list” in tiny. The tables were sticky.

Food was great. Somethings were missing on my sandwich. I paid extra for and did not get. I don't mind paying extra but to not get it. I drove 25 miles for this. Very disappointing.

Best subs ever!
I’m honestly so sick of showing up to BK Subs Redlands location and it’s closed. I’ve been coming to BK Subs since 2012 and have been a loyal customer ever since. I’ve cut them so much slack in terms of the incorrect hours posted online and on their windows for the Redlands store and have notified them multiple times about their workers closing the shop early. Nothing has been done. I don’t know if help is that hard to come by or if I’m being ignored. But truly, it’s very annoying when the phone isn’t answered and the doors are closed during working hours. The Loma Linda location is reliable. Debbie and Pedro are great. But the Redlands location honestly gives me a headache every time and I’m finally changing my review from 5 to 2 stars for this reason.
This place is worth a stop. Friendly service and great food. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I prefere my sub toasted.

Was there when they 1st opened floor still had food on it and dirty from previous day/days who knows when. I would've left but already paid and ordered. Meat on sandwiches sub-par, which they cover up with a ton of lettuce that was already starting to wilt. They don't even ask if you want it heated. Will never eat here again.
The sandwiches are great but the lady working here is always extremely rude. And the tables were dirty. But we won't be back because of the rude lady.
My wife always makes me stop here when we go to Redlands. Sandwiches are great. Quality meats, friendly service. Definitely worth checking out!
