Prepare to wait close to an hour for your food. They have a kiosk for ordering and one employee that handles the walk-in (no line when I arrived) orders and online orders. The one employee has to handle the food and special drinks. Prepare to come here on your day off because you will wait (45-55 minutes) like I did on my lunch break.

This is the best kept secret in Redlands, you gotta try this spot. The portions are huge and the quality is amazing. The rewards program gets you free food and its all so healthy and customizable. If you’re looking for a way to keep cost down and your belly full come to Blue Water!

The establishment says it opens at 11am but when you arrive, rice isn't made two times out of the five I've been, I like the food but there should be rice ready at 11 if the doors open at 11, it limits what the customer could order or have to pivot thier plans entirely after waiting for the store to open

I looooove this place. The portions are so generous and the quality is amazing. But the real winner is the price and the rewards. I spent less than 100 dollars and got free food! This place is my new go to

They have great food and fresh ingredients. They are also generous with the portions. I don't live nearby but when I am close, I love to come here.

I had not came here in a while. Everything used to be so fresh. My bowl was whatever. Maybe it was just an off night but it wasn’t so good. Rice was a bit dry, and the tuna was really fishy, if that makes sense.

Ordered in the app. Went to the store. Waited patiently. No one greeted me or asked if I was there for pickup. I could see one worker working on to go orders so I just waited. People in line for ordering received their food while I waited. They didn’t start fulfilling my order until I asked. It would have been much faster to order in store. Or better yet, have gone elsewhere. Food was okay. Plastic containers. Protein portions are not generous.

This is my 2nd time here. The first time it took over 40 minutes to get my food. I gave it a pass because there were only 2 dude and one was training a guy who didn't know anything about the food I mean like nothing. This time I came in there was no one in front of me. I ordered on the kiosk and again the food took 30 minutes to get put together. I got a Thai tea and that was my breaking point. The 5 dollar tea was undrinkable, the boba was beyond mush, it was disintegrating in the cup. I threw out the tea. The food is okay for poki you can get better for the same price elsewhere in a quarter of the time.

I really enjoyed Bluewater poke, fresh ingredients and really tasty sauces, especially like the Mango Coconut Habanero. Cute place, not fancy or big. Nice wood tables at the windows, some outdoor seating. Enjoyed the pina colada drink also.

Blue Water Poke – 5/5
Blue Water Poke has the best poke in the city—hands down. The portions are generous, the ingredients are super fresh, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. I tried the Thai tea too, and it was delicious—smooth, not too sweet, and refreshing.
The service is also great—friendly and efficient without feeling rushed. Whether you’re a poke lover or just trying it for the first time, this place is 100% worth the visit. Definitely a new favorite spot!

I loved this place, one of the best poke spots in my area but recently they started to grind up their salmon!!! Grounded up salmon absolutely sucks !! If they ever go back to square pieces then I’ll change my review but as of now I don’t ever think I’ll go back :(
The portions are smaller compared to other places like Ahi poke, poke bar, and poke cafe, the prices are a bit cheaper but the portion difference is huge. Most places do big scoops over filling the scooper but this place is too precise with the scoops which doesn’t look good. I do like when the it is cold inside since it makes the food seem more fresh. Overall please go back to the old salmon.
I’ve been coming to Bluewater Poke for a couple of years now, and I don’t want to speak negatively about the place. However, I’ve noticed some changes since the new ownership took over, and unfortunately, they haven’t been for the better. The protein options, sauces, and even the mix-ins have all changed, and as someone who appreciates consistency when they find a good poke spot, it’s been a bit disappointing.
I’ve been there before, and I noticed that the Hawaiian Salmon and Tuna were almost like a puree. I remember it being mentioned that you were trying out a new machine at the time. Also, the Mango Habanero sauce didn’t quite work for me— the garlic and coconut flavors didn’t come together as nicely as I hoped. Personally, I think the type of onions makes a big difference. The white onions worked perfectly, but the purple onions seemed too thin when grated, almost like cheese. Overall, the place is already great, and this post isn't meant to hurt your feelings. I just wanted to share my honest opinion
