This is my 2nd time here. The first time it took over 40 minutes to get my food. I gave it a pass because there were only 2 dude and one was training a guy who didn't know anything about the food I mean like nothing. This time I came in there was no one in front of me. I ordered on the kiosk and again the food took 30 minutes to get put together. I got a Thai tea and that was my breaking point. The 5 dollar tea was undrinkable, the boba was beyond mush, it was disintegrating in the cup. I threw out the tea. The food is okay for poki you can get better for the same price elsewhere in a quarter of the time.

I really enjoyed Bluewater poke, fresh ingredients and really tasty sauces, especially like the Mango Coconut Habanero. Cute place, not fancy or big. Nice wood tables at the windows, some outdoor seating. Enjoyed the pina colada drink also.

Blue Water Poke – 5/5
Blue Water Poke has the best poke in the city—hands down. The portions are generous, the ingredients are super fresh, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. I tried the Thai tea too, and it was delicious—smooth, not too sweet, and refreshing.
The service is also great—friendly and efficient without feeling rushed. Whether you’re a poke lover or just trying it for the first time, this place is 100% worth the visit. Definitely a new favorite spot!

I loved this place, one of the best poke spots in my area but recently they started to grind up their salmon!!! Grounded up salmon absolutely sucks !! If they ever go back to square pieces then I’ll change my review but as of now I don’t ever think I’ll go back :(
The portions are smaller compared to other places like Ahi poke, poke bar, and poke cafe, the prices are a bit cheaper but the portion difference is huge. Most places do big scoops over filling the scooper but this place is too precise with the scoops which doesn’t look good. I do like when the it is cold inside since it makes the food seem more fresh. Overall please go back to the old salmon.
I’ve been coming to Bluewater Poke for a couple of years now, and I don’t want to speak negatively about the place. However, I’ve noticed some changes since the new ownership took over, and unfortunately, they haven’t been for the better. The protein options, sauces, and even the mix-ins have all changed, and as someone who appreciates consistency when they find a good poke spot, it’s been a bit disappointing.
I’ve been there before, and I noticed that the Hawaiian Salmon and Tuna were almost like a puree. I remember it being mentioned that you were trying out a new machine at the time. Also, the Mango Habanero sauce didn’t quite work for me— the garlic and coconut flavors didn’t come together as nicely as I hoped. Personally, I think the type of onions makes a big difference. The white onions worked perfectly, but the purple onions seemed too thin when grated, almost like cheese. Overall, the place is already great, and this post isn't meant to hurt your feelings. I just wanted to share my honest opinion

Price is fair and would have been so good if it wasn’t for the taco octopus. It was really fishy and I just wasn’t sure if it was still good to eat and I couldn’t really get a straight answer since I don’t think the person I spoke to was in the actual store. This is also coming from someone who has had octopus before so I know if shouldn’t taste that fishy. I ate around it just cuz I was really hungry and I wasn’t gonna drive 20mins back there just to have it changed. I’ll update if I get sick but I’m just disappointed cuz I feel like I wasted a protein cuz I can’t even eat it. I should have gotten a 1 protein bowl instead
Update: claimed the free bowl today. It’s been 3 weeks and servers still honored it. Got salmon this time and it’s 10/10

I walked in the business and took a look at the raw fish selection and it appeared not fresh. I also noticed there were no tables to sit at. No tables outside. Just some stools next to the front window with a wood board across. No one was at the counter to greet us. I walked out when observing all of this.

Ever since there’s new ownership, the freshness of the food isn’t there anymore I tried to give a few chances since I was a regular but every time it’s been a disappointment. The taste of everything is gross, and the customer service is also not good. Sad this was one of my favorite places! :(

The staff seemed friendly. I ordered a large but the portion size and the servings of fish were pretty small. Staff didn't even knock all the fish out and did the cup. I try to have poke about once a week and this was as small or smaller than most medium size bowls I get. Not cheap either, you are paying for a large portion.
Restaurant was clean and had nice ambiance for a pick up and go sort of place.
I probably won't come back though since the food didn't fill me up.

my favorite poke place of ALL TIME!!!! i’ve been to at least 15 different poke places all over and i always come back to this one. i’ve been going here for almost 3 years. they have a great selection with fresh protein and they’re way more affordable than any other place. the workers are friendly but whenever i walk in and see the one guy w the glasses and piercings i get especially excited bc he makes my bowl really well and is super generous. pls never fire this guy he never misses. i love this place i practically live here

The workers here are so friendly. The experience of ordering a bowl tests your creativity. They have a variety of protein and sauce choices. Proteins such as hawaiian salmon and tuna taste amazing, including the sauces such as volcano sauce and mango habanero. It’s worth the try and a meal for its price. Go out and have a feast in Bluewater Poke!
