This is the best kept secret in Redlands, you gotta try this spot. The portions are huge and the quality is amazing. The rewards program gets you free food and its all so healthy and customizable. If you’re looking for a way to keep cost down and your belly full come to Blue Water!
The establishment says it opens at 11am but when you arrive, rice isn't made two times out of the five I've been, I like the food but there should be rice ready at 11 if the doors open at 11, it limits what the customer could order or have to pivot thier plans entirely after waiting for the store to open

My wife and I love this for lunch or date night at home. It's not the closest poke place, but it's our favorite. I cannot remember them ever messing up an order, which is a rare thing in casual takeaway.
