Made a to go order and the manager Stacy tried to have a power trip because I was standing inside waiting for my food , she then placed her hand on my arm , when I told her to not touch me she then kicked me out and refunded my order …. What a joke

Had a docs appt at Loma Linda, got out early, and Google Breakfast places near me. 4 miles later, through cute Redlands neighborhood, and we found it. Small parking lot no outside waiting area.Had about a 10 min wait.
Always a good signwhen theres a line out the door .
The place is quaint and decorated very cute . Music was at a perfect level (nice R&B oldies selection)for conversation and still an be heard over a full restraunt. Lighting is bright, lots of windows , Floor was clean . Only saw 3 employees on the floor . These ladies were busy but had awesome teamwork . Even with a full.house, the food out n a timely manner. We Ordered the State St omlette . WOW! The flavor was amazing , The portions were great for the price. Good value for what you're paying for. Had plenty for leftovers . Only complaint is the shade and condiments on the table look like they haven't been cleaned in a long while and have some food spliigae and stains on them. No pleasant to sit next to . We come to Loma Linda every 6 weeks . We will be back . Enjoyed the food and experience

We always loved going here till last time They literally charged us $2.00 to bring us a plate! They didn’t even split the breakfast lol they literally just brought us a plate and then charged two dollars extra …What a bunch of crap. They’re food plates are more than enough for two people. And we ordered 2 mimosas which cost us $17.00 and them… probably $1.00 at the most. Pretty petty. But then most places are nowadays.

We noticed this place when we went to the sandwich shop nearby and made a note to try it one day. We tried it and were excited to see that it boasted to have Southern food having recently moved here from the South. A quick scan of the menu revealed that there were no grits. Since our favorite l is cal restaurant recently took them off the menu we were hoping we had found a new spot. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the biscuits ( no gravy) and the bread pudding. It wasn't a bad experience at all, but nothing on the menu made us want to come back.

My breakfast was pancakes, eggs and bacon. I was very underwhelmed by the taste. Pancakes were not good at all. I figured who could mess up Pancakes? I cook way better so therefore we won't be going back.

I wanted to like this place, but the service was slow and needed to be asked for coffee refills. The decor was nice, but tables were wobbly and mismatched. We had two different sized tables, but hey both were wobbly… Worse still was the stomach upset after. Why is it so hard to find a good breakfast place?

I ordered eggs, Benedict, and a couple years ago. When I lived in Redlands, they used to have great food. Today my food was cold. The presentation was terrible as if they just slapped it on the plate and served it. There was absolutely no hollandaise sauce on it. I asked the waitress to warm it up and she brought it back with very hot potatoes and the eggs were still cool. The food tasted as if it was refrigerated, that refrigerator taste. Terrible terrible! She refilled the coffee and spilled it on the table and did not even wipe it up or give extra napkins or anything. I was really shocked! Because I used to go there a lot when I lived in Redlands. I do not recommend this place at all anymore. They also used to put a pretty flower on the plate in the presentation was beautiful before now it’s just sloppy. Go somewhere else.

Food was good and service was exceptional. When we asked for more of the ketchup without corn syrup, as my wife has an allergy to corn, the wait staff (not our waitress) told us that they just filled it the regular ketchup and what was in the bottle was no longer the one made without corn syrup. It was disappointing to know they thought that was okay to do, but glad my wife had not used it already causing her to suffer from an allergic reaction. Would have made for a terrible experience if that happened.

There was a hair in my bacon :(
Didn’t seem like any of the cooks wore hairnets.

Hidden Gem! Comfortable atmosphere and good breakfast choices. It does get busy, arrive before 8:30 to avoid a wait.
