Drive thru sucks it's a automated machine and doesn't take the orders correctly so sad you upgraded the restaurant and horrible services and them you go to the window and they make you back up id your order is not correct all because no human taking your order

It was hard to speak to the workers , down to getting fried pickles they were overcooked , there was no pickles at all it was just burnt

Was doordashing, dining room closes at 11:00 lazy workers had it closed at 8:30, I knocked on door. Proceeded to make me wait and sit in line for 15 minutes.

We were very busy and starving. We went in the drive thru to grab some food and go home. We came here specifically because they serve Impossible Burgers. At the speaker I ordered 4 meals all exactly the same. After hearing my order, the employee just said, "total at the window". When we got to the window (we were behind two other cars) she said the total was $12 and change. I said, "for all four meals?" She was completely confused. I held up four fingers and said I ordered FOUR meals all the same. She huffed and rolled her eyes and turned back to re-enter our order. She brought 3 drinks to the window, said the total was now $36 and change and did I order the same drink on all 3 meals. After a moment of stunned silence, I just said yes, paid, and left. The food was hot, but the fries left a greasy after-taste implying the oil is old. Yeah, not coming here again.

Spent $ 35 dollars really hungry! Didn't get any of my order right? Burger was warm fries cold and felt like they been sitting there! No new items that were advertised and shake machine down. Would not recommend or go back!

Went through the drive thru, and was helped out by a younger guy. So he took the order and I pulled up, as I'm pulling up there's 1 car in front of me he hands the food and I'm up, soon as I get to the window he takes my payment and hands me a bag. I'm thinking in my head ok that's a little fast but I look in the bag and I see what looks to be my order so I drive off. I get home and I'm taking my sister's food out, I'm looking for the right food and nope. WHOLE ORDER WRONG! So I spent money on food that wasn't correct and possibly could of been cheaper than my actual order. Wow.

So I went back in and everything was taken care of. They replaced everything with no problem, food was also hot and fresh so I'm coming back and that is why the ratings have changed.
