Came for my very first time after living in Redlands 10 years , my son got a gift card and wanted to grab himself dinner. So we went through drive thru to order a bacon whopper meal at $16+ to only have hair all over his food! I called this location immediately 30 x and nobody picks up the phone line. Not only have we never came to eat here but terrible via service and poor quality food that has long women’s hair all over it.

Charged me for a candy bacon whopper with cheeese, 3 different times, and only gave me a regular whopper. On the 3 time I made sure I checked, I then went inside only for them to say we stopped serving that a while ago. So they just been charging me extra knowing they weren’t giving it to me.

Every time I make an online order for pick up it’s never ready I’ll order at 9:50 AM and get there at 10:20 AM and the order is not even ready and when they bag my food up they just throw everything in there. Customer Service sucks.
