My wife and I were able to reserve an outside table during the annual Redlands Downtown Christmas Tree lighting and Festival. Patio was properly heated and the table and chairs were comfortable. We were greeted by our waitress who brought us a plate of nicely warmed bread which was drizzled in an olive oil. We ordered a side of olives which paired well with the bread and accompanied our wine which we brought from home and paid the modest corkage fee. Both our dinners were delicious. One meat dish and one pasta. Topped off the dinner with a nice dessert.

The food tasted pretty basic, especially for the price. Ambience was nice. The waitress barely checked in with us. Been trying to go for a while, but every time they asked for a reservation and finally got one. But overall, I wouldn't go back & wasn't impressed. I could have spent less or just as much at mastros and had better food & service. Not worth it.

We have been going to Caprice for years and it just seems to get better and better. We appreciate the wild caught fresh fish especially along with the fine quality of ingredients. Superb! Pleasant dining, wait staff is great. The menu doesn't change much but all the offerings are very good. The Shell Pasta Salad is outstanding and often sells out. The Spicy Angel Air Pasta is unique and very tasty. We are frequent diners here, you can't go wrong with Caprice Cafe as a dining choice.
