Great food, the wait for the counter usually isn't too bad, but for a table it can be a while. My biggest complaint is that there always seems to be one guy at the counter that plays stuff over his phone's speaker with no clue how annoying that is. They need a sign asking people not to do that

Great food, amazing service from Abby, today. I took my mom out for breakfast we sat up front on the counter. Wait time is a little long, due to the great food and great service. Love the coffee cake. I always order the "One big country style breakfast with chorizo on top" it's a must try.

First visit and this is my new go to breakfast joint! I now have 2. Spanish Scrambler with bacon is the best I've had. Added country potatoes and coffee cake (yumm). Generous portions (I had enough left for 2 more small meals). Svc was great. Very crowded (35 min wait time). Gave a 3 on atmosphere because its a basic cafe vibe. We didnt go for ambiance or decor. We wanted cleanliness, good food, and good service and Carolyns provided all 3. I had heard Redlands was not a very racially friendly town, but we did not find that to be true at all. Never rely on anecdotal info, always find out for yourself.
