Large, extensive breakfast and lunch menu with pancake of the month. Three of us ate and all were extremely satisfied. Excellent service. Certainly we will visit again next time we are in Redlands.
Whatever you get, be sure to order the coffee cake with it. I got the Fried Chicken Benedict, which was American breakfast food if I ever had it. There’s another chicken item in the menu: Chicken Fried Chicken, apparently that’s great too—recommended by the waitresses there. I’ll definitely try it out next time I visit.
This is a must go to. Anytime I'm hiking near this area, I have to go eat at a Carolyn's Cafe. The food never fails and the coffee cake is to die for. Never skip out on eating here if you can
