So sad to hear this place closed the owners were genuinely great people. The food was excellent and levels above anything around. Unfortunately I had to leave Redlands and move out of state but I just hope the owners are doing well for themselves during these hard times. You get a 5* review from me. I won't ever forget my favorite place to stop and grab wings or a burger.

Great tasting gourmet burger, best one I have had in a long time. Better than Red Robins or anything else I have had.

Delicious burger The place was clean and the service was good. The burger was sweet and delicious. The grilled onions and bbq combo were really sweet and something I needed. I do see what the other reviews were saying about the bread. To me, it wasn't too much and the bread itself was delicious. So the bread to meat ratio was a good thing!

Tonight my husband and I I were out and looking for a quick bite. I had seen Chaloobys a couple of times on my way into Trader Joe's, but never took the time to stop by (which I regret now). We decided we would give it a shot and were definitely not disappointed. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with garlic fries and my husband ordered the big island with regular fries. My oh, my!! We were not disappointed. I was pleasantly shocked by the quality of the chicken and how it was properly seasoned. The cook grilled my chicken to perfection. It's a bold statement, but it was one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had. My husband was also very happy with his meal. He felt that the burger was juicy and the choice of barbecue along with the grilled pineapple, really complimented one another. To top it off, the customer service was great. The gentleman that took our order took the time to tend to us (our ketchup bottle was close to empty), he brought us a new bottle and asked how our day was going. On our way out right before closing, he wished us a goodnight and added a "see you soon." It was truly a great experience, we will be returning The pictures don't do it

The meat is to dry and the burgers are to small for the price. For a place to have prices equally comparable to five guys they fall short on portion size. The garlic fries were super salty I definitely won't be back here.

Best burger in town if you ask me, and for an affordable price! Quality beef and they offer all the fixins. I like the not so classic and add a fried egg ?

Was excited about this place based on the photos. Can never have too many burger spots. Unfortunately, while the burger looked good, it just did not hit the way I was hoping. Kinda dry meat, which is really not the end of the world, however the flavorlessness was not forgivable.I still can't figure it out, all the ingredients on paper seem like it should add up to a great burger but between the dry patty and flavorless beef it was a true 4/10 burger. Also if the burger to bun ratio is important too you, I found there to be entirely too much bun for the patty.also other people said they liked the fries, I personally did not care fit them. My idea of a gold standard burger is 5 guys for reference. Their burger and their fries are my ideal so if you like 5 guys you may not like this place(I didn't) Having said that the woman who took my order was super nice and the customer service was on point. I doubt I will be back.

Maybe I went on an off day. Burgers were very dry and burned, literal black chunks of carbon in food, maybe grill wasn’t clean?Wings were thin, soggy on the outside and dry on the inside. No burger options for children, only chicken tenders, so you need to pay 9 bucks for a plain cheeseburger. Cashier was nice though. Maybe will try again in the future since the reviews seemed so glowing.

This place was really good. Felt like a tiny hole in the wall. Wished the location was bigger. The cowboy and the mushroom burger were amazing! I got a box up front to put half away and actually ended up eating the whole thing because of how delicious it was! The garlic aioli fries... YESSSS! One critique would be the fry portion was small for the price. 2 lunches for $30 is a lot! Overall this place was DELICIOUS!
