We recently had chef Sam Catering our family reunion. The menu consisted of BBQ ribs, chicken, Mac and cheese, green salad and potato salad. Everyone loved the food! Service was great. Communication was very prompt. We started planning out party last minute and chef and tia were both so helpful . Service went great and they even packaged our leftovers so we didn't have anything to worry about on the catering end. Food was fantastic will definitely book again!

On March 4th, 2023 Chef Sam's Catering, catered an event for our family. The menu consisted of Ribs,Chicken, Mac & Cheese,Baked Beans, Potatoes Salad, & Dinner Rolls.EVERYTHING was off the hook!!! The guest could not stop commenting on how delicious the food was and some of the guest asked for his business card on site. Additionally a couple of people reached out to me the next day asking for his contact information.The food was great, the service was great, they were timely, friendly, professional and clean.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chef Sam's Catering to assist you in a special event that you may be planning.You WILL NOT be disappointed and I will DEFINITELY call on him & his crew to cater for me again.THANK YOU CHEF SAM CATERING FOR MAKING OUR EVENT MEMORABLE & ENJOYABLE!!Brenda Cash

Chef catered our wedding and the food was a big hit. We had chicken cordon bleu and roast beef and both were very tasty. Service was on point and there was more then enough food. They even packaged up the leftovers for us to take home. They are flexible and easy going.

Chef Sam and Tia were absolutely amazing! They catered our 400+ person wedding and set up a carving station in the middle of the forest to serve our guest. The food was so delicious, they were very professional and were sooo accommodating to my husband's allergies. Chef worked with us planning our wedding menu, prepped a meal that was allergy safe for my husband and really went above and beyond. We were so happy to find them. We will definitely use them again! I cant recommend them enough!
