Came here for breakfast because it was too late to head over to Caroline’s Cafe. Needless to say, I’m glad we came here. The food is more much more flavorful and the portions aren’t overwhelming. I feel like Caroline’s cafe just throws a ton of food on a plate—but the flavor is lacking when compared to the food here. I highly recommend this location/giving it a try!

I've travelled across the southern states and lived in quite a few of them. With that said, the chicken-fried steak here is perhaps the best I've ever eaten. The unconventional use of green bell peppers in the dish cuts through any greasiness while adding a subtle flavor to the gravy.
