I have to say im really disapointed out of all the times ive been here i get there waited a long time to have anyone attend to my table so i went and asked if i cash have some water they took a while to bring that then waiter was going to diffentv tables i asked to speak to a manager she came to my table asked what was going on i asked her if theyre short staffed she said no and had enough workers rudely asked if she can take my order i ordered if kids menu i so portion control plus im on a budget my bill was very high i asked waiter why he went to get manager idk why she came and said she charged me for larger drink i sing know why since the meal came with a small drink and she said for whatever reason i ordered kids meal they couldn't give me the drink with meal but had to charge me for regular drink. I told her we'll then just remove regular drink abd ill just have water she said ok she took the drink it left me feeling awkward i didn't treat anyone dusrespectful yet i was treated rude. So Ill kindly go somewhere else i really like going to this location i hope they have a better day and not treat others like that.

I got a basic hamburger and wanted it cook medium it was the last plate to come out and it was beyond cooked one side look cooked the other side was burnt so half the patty was hard and burnt all the way through the other side looked like it was cook from the heat of the burnt side and never touched the grill the last 2 times I was there the food has been bad it has really gone down hill I won't goo back

We waited during a busy Saturday lunch rush, less than 8 minutes. The food was perfectly hot, served accurately, and consistent. The highlight of our visit was our server Angelina...she was so friendly and on top her game! Our experience was carefree and excellent. Thank you to the team at Chili's Redlands for a great family lunch date. 😊
