Ordered the Veggie Santa Fe with no cheese. As I got my order it had cheese. I didn’t make it a big deal because I understood it was a simple mistake. They took it back and then gave me a new one, as I went to dress the burger, it was Icee Cold (literally) and I let the manager know. He then asked me “what would you like to do?” (As if the burger is supposed to come that way) At this point I was just disappointed and didn’t want to even be there. I asked for fries because I didn’t want my specific other to eat alone. The manager removed it from my bill and all but I just didn’t feel like it was enough for me to even recommend someone to come back here. No reassurance or like anything. It just seemed like I was the bother, meanwhile all I want to do is enjoy my date night

The wait is horrible, even on a non busy night with lots of tables and booths open. The hostess ignored us and just walked away for over 10 minutes and we decided to just leave.

We went in and asked how long the wait was and we were told thirty minutes. When we received the text we had to download yelp. After we downloaded yelp it said our wait was forty-five minutes. We left and made dinner at home.

Great service, tasty food. A bit disappointed to pay full price for a partial bowl of soup. Otherwise, will likely return again.
Worst food I ever had I wanted my money back.. Everything had a weird taste , even my drink. The steak chicken and shrimp skillet was awful, the bone in wings were awful.. Only thing good was the other appetizers. Can’t believe the wait time was over 40 minutes(I visited last week)

Disappointed Visit: My wife and I have always enjoyed dining at Chili's, but after our recent visit, I won’t be returning to this location.
**The Issue:** While our waitress did everything she could to help, the manager failed to address the situation properly. I have a severe shellfish allergy, so I can’t eat anything containing shrimp. I specifically asked the waitress to remove the shrimp from my dish and substitute extra chicken.
When my food arrived, it had shrimp. The waitress apologized and sent it back. Unfortunately, the second attempt also came with shrimp. By this point, I had waited 35 minutes for my meal, and my wife was nearly done with hers. The third time, the dish was finally correct, but do to time I had to rush my meal in order to make it to our movie.
The waitress spoke with the manager twice, requesting that my meal item be comped, which would have been fair given the repeated mistakes. Instead, the manager offered a $5 gift card—far from covering the cost of my meal.
We left disappointed with the service, though at least I ended my birthday with a good movie.
