I love Chili's but honestly they are too costly these days & no happy hour food specials anymore. I was disappointed they couldn't make the Good Witch Mary because they were out of the Tequila they use. Qhy not make a substitution? They had the Witches brew Mary *same tequila* it was good but didn't make sense.

I had the cajun shrimp and chicken pasta; my brother had the The Bacon Ranch Quesadilla. The food was excellent, the staff were fast and friendly, when we got there, we had to wait 20 minutes or so for a table; because the place was busy. Thr only complaint I have is that the towel dispensers in the men's bathroom werent working.

Last night was my wife's birthday and we decided have dinner here. First we were told it’s going to be an 35 min wait, but we waited while over a hour to be seated. Secondly, when the food was brought out my son’s meal was not ready and we waited an additional 15 min for his food. Me being the father I did not start eating until his food arrived. Thats when I find out my meal was not prepared as requested. So I waited for 12 -15 more mins for another meal to be prepared and which it was not prepared right again. I spoke with the manager and she did comp my son’s meal and give us a discount on the bill which I did appreciate, but that still did not make for the poor service we received for them. I was at the restaurant for well over two hours and still did not eat and went home hungry. Very poor service. I will not be returning to this chilis restaurant again. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review for any company, so I hope that tells you something.

I ordered the Surf and Turf Ribeye entree through Chili's to Go. Food was ready quickly. But when I received my order, the 'surf' (shrimp) and the garlic butter for my steak was completely missing. Not cool.
