Freddie and the team do a good job of making sure the place looks good and that the food tastes great! Sometimes the portions are a bit on the lesser side but if you bring it to their attention, they adjust it.

Food is okay… I say stay away from eating any time after 3 here. Food is a bit gross, ALL of the chips will be completely and disgustingly stale. It’s hard to eat the food when you see them replacing items that have run out, not 100% sanitary. Just letting y’all know

They ran out of meat , and stingy with the portions. I even told them I’ll pay for extra but still short on portions. Nothing was up to temperature. The guy manager (tall) was acting nonchalant about keeping up with the demands and having meat ready for customers

The host was unenthusiastic and inattentive. We arrived an hour before closing time, and we were told that there was no guacamole. The staff refused to refill our Coke once they were informed that it was out, and they locked up 30 minutes before their posted closing time. Food was fine but scoops were weak. Just a mid experience.

They are disgusting. I stood in front of them and they all ignored me. I said excuse me at least five times and no one answered me. They all ignored me until my father showed up to get the order. I was very angry that they ignored me and I missed the delivery time.

Paid almost 20$. They put a tiny amount of meat, and the size of burito is like half of what it used to be. People are right about the current situation with Chipotle. Will never buy again.

Showed up at 9:30pm on 10/9/24 and they said the kitchen was closed on no more meat was getting cooked despite the store being open until 11pm. Staff said that they have a policy that they stop making new meat if they run out cooked meat towards the end of the night. Very odd policy to turn away customers and revenue and pay your staff to clean and chill for 1.5 hours. Please explain how this is good for your business and more importantly your customers.

Very stingy with the portion, gave me the last of what was left in their container thing but wasn't close to a normal potion so I asked to give me another meat, she was hesitant to give me meat even though I got only like 4 pieces of the barbacoa. They act like it's coming out of their pocket like stop that crap already my dudes..my bowl was half full by the time she was done putting everything in..come on .. the worst evaaaaaaa!!!

The rice in me and my gfs burritos had a lot of pieces of uncooked rice. The brown rice was so hard we couldn't finish eating them?

Believe the reviews when they say this is the worst location ever , I come here they’re out of something or their meat is overly cooked , their soda machine is always breaking somehow and it’s annoying because I already payed for my drink and I don’t wanna go back to get my refund. This is the WORST chipotle location!!! Every time I’m here there’s no hello or anything, no urgency, anything!! $51 for 2 people to eat. I asked for a serving of chicken and steak, the worker puts a half scoop of each and then charges me for double meat!!! Wasn’t worth the time to sit and debate with them. Go to Redlands or Rialto if you’d like a better experience because i sure will!!
