Chipotle Mexican Grill

My first trip was a warning—one I didn't heed. Chipotle has become a masterclass in charging premium prices while cutting basic fundamentals. No utensils available—apparently, customers are expected to eat with their hands, like this is a medieval feast. The brown rice was borderline inedible: uncooked, dry, clumped, and clearly sitting far past its prime, doing the exact opposite of what rice is supposed to do, even with salsa heaped on top of it for rehydration. To top it off, there was no Tabasco or any hot sauce whatsoever, stripping the food of the only thing that reliably salvages Chipotle’s bland execution. When a restaurant can’t provide utensils, properly cooked rice, or basic condiments, it’s no longer “fast casual”—it’s just careless.

I got food here, for first time employee's all nice think god, they went out of Thier way to help me out, I was happy 😊 I hope all other restaurants do the same thing. You can tell they have a great management team. Keep up the great job. 👍 I shall be back in the future thx everyone keep up the great job.

This review isn't really about the food because the food was good customer service was good it wasn't great but it was good no complaints it really is more about how Chipotle treats their employees when it comes to their lunch breaks how do you make your employee stand in line to wait to order his food while he has already clocked out time is running by the time he actually gets to pay for his meal sit down and eat his break is over how do you do this to your employees how do you treat them like this @Chipotle they deserve to get their meal before they clock out so they actually have their full break to be able to relax and rest since they've been standing on their feet all day do better ... establishments like these make me never want to come back

The cashier Sofia was really rude and over charged us. She didn’t tell us that the promo was one each so she just overcharged us and when I asked about it she was rude and snarky

This spot get really busy and can get backed up on online orders and once online orders went down and no one was told until people started getting upset and asking....and hour later. So plan accordingly

Freddie and the team do a good job of making sure the place looks good and that the food tastes great! Sometimes the portions are a bit on the lesser side but if you bring it to their attention, they adjust it.

Asked for double meat, had barely any meat. When I asked for more the worker said I'll charge you extra... Won't recommend this place.
