Absolutely love the chicken tenders here. The food can be on the spicy side so be aware when picking spice level. They’re definitely a notch above what you would expect.

Tenders are cooked perfect and seasoned just right.

Found a new Nashville Hot Chicken spot in Redlands today, Cluck Kitchen. @cluckkitchen

They had a variety of dry rubs, heat levels, and sauces for everyone. Upon the cashiers recommendation, I went with the medium heat level. I was torn between medium and hot and was advised that the hot is HOT. I'm grateful she steered me towards the medium because it was just enough heat to be enjoyable. While I could have eaten the hot, I would have been crying the whole time.

The food is cooked to order, which means that it takes just a little bit longer. The extra few minutes are total worth it, though. The chicken comes out still steaming with every bite.

My only beef is that on a 2 tender combo, I wasn't able to try two different heat levels. Both tenders had to be the same. I would have liked to have the opportunity to try one medium and one hot.

Thank you to the young man with good customer service and patience. It was our first time there, he was very informative with our chicken. I felt very comfortable to order. Looking forward to going again. Great respectful young man.

Kid-friendliness: First, good friendly customer service.

The chicken and sauces are good (got the tenders). However, I find the customer service underwhelming.

I ordered a 3 tender meal, and asked for 2 of them mild, 1 medium. The cashier says that’s not possible, citing, “we can’t do that”.

I’ll say this, I get that some restaurants pride themselves on “no substitution or flexibility” policies, fine. But, to not acquiesce to such a simple request as just asking for one other tender to be sprinkled with a different spice shaker, quite unreasonable.

Hopefully your business does well and you thrive, but, you should consider being more customer friendly (and the request was far from outrageous).

This review is based on two separate visits: The grub here almost takes away the sting of losing the Redlands Byrd's Hot Chicken location, which was doomed to follow a string of other wonderful but defunct establishments (RIP Chalooby's Burgers!) that failed to take hold at that particularly cursed location. As with Byrd's or Dave's, in the true Nashville Chicken tradition, they don't cluck around when it comes to bringing the heat! As I type, I'm struggling to consume this massive, succulent chick sandwich that straddles the limit of how much heat I can handle. Nevertheless, it's a great example of the Nashville Hot style. My only gripe is it's a tad on the expensive side but it's doing exactly what it needs to do. Recommended!

I tried the mild chicken burger, and while the fries were good, I wish the portions were a bit more generous. The fries had just the right amount of salt, and the chicken burger itself was surprisingly larger than a Chick-fil-A burger, which was a nice bonus. The heat is definitely on the spicier side, so if you’re not used to spice, I’d recommend sticking to the lite or mild options. The ‘Get Clucked’ level is intense but may upset your stomach, unlike other places I’ve tried. I do wish the spice added more flavor to the chicken instead of just heat.
Overall, it’s not a bad spot, but I found it a bit pricey for the portion sizes. Worth a try, but keep these points in mind when deciding what to order!

I think because of the location they’re charging close to $16 for four piece meal and that’s without a drink. I’m rating two stars because the food wasn’t all that, chicken nuggets were over done meal in the box wasn’t appealing n the atmosphere is kind of bland. when I spoke to cashier in front, she explained that she tried to speak with the owner on why the drinks don’t come with meals. She has gotten many complaints and I couldn’t agree more. I ordered too dine in and I got my food in the bag. The ranch is good.

Crappy chicken sandwich, Popeyes and KC are better.
$15 for a sandwich is ridiculous.

I went for lunch last weekend and the minute I walked in the lady at the register Sarah gave me an uncomfortable look. I ignored it as I understand people have personal lives and I never know what they maybe dealing with. Anyways I was with my kids and my brother. I had just taken my kids to get McDonald’s as they don’t like friend chicken and I offered to get my brother lunch. We like trying new places specially fried chicken sandwiches so we looked up a fried chicken place near us and this place came up. The pictures looked really good so we chose to try it and my kids had ate their food by the time we got there. When we were done ordering the two meals Sarah asked if that was it. I felt uncomfortable by that but I said yes. She then proceeds to say it’s to go right. I said no and stayed. My daughter decided to order fried pickles so we go and add to the order. Sarah’s face spoke volumes and she asked me that’s it with a concerned face. My daughter noticed it. So I ask my daughter if that’s all she wanted and she said yes. When Sarah took out food she asked “ Since the kids are sharing do you need boxes “. It made me very uncomfortable and my daughter who is 10 said she was uncomfortable by the comments. I understand and appreciate anyone who puts children first but there are ways to do it. My daughter said she felt like I was being judged as a parent which honestly seemed that way. Kids can be picky eaters and many parents go eat at different places. I can understand being genuinely concerned for kids if the kids are showing signs of being hungry or maybe if they were asking me for food and I was ignoring them but this was uncomfortable and unnecessary. I will still recommend their food but myself I would probably go to another location

Highly recommend the nashville hot chicken sandwich (medium spice) w/waffle fries (ranch to dip in), and a side order of those croissant beignets - voila!

First time here. The croissant beignets were to die for!! I could’ve eaten 10 of those things. Wow! Chicken was so crispy yet juicy, huge portions. I got the “light” spice chicken tender meal and it was too spicy for me. The staff was nice enough to remake it as “country style” meaning no spice. The ranch dipping sauce is the bomb! All the sauces are made in house. My husband got the “Nashville hot” sandwich in medium spice and he said it was the perfect amount of spice. The waffle fries were crispy and fresh! Also bought the peach lemonade- very tasty. Definitely happy we tried this place & will be back!

The food is good but for a new food spot you would think they would hire better employees. I’ve been here 2 times and both times it’s the same experience, I will keep eating here but it’s an uncommon environment. They have aditude and make costumers feel stupid for simply ordering.
