Finally, I had a good experience here in Redlands. I normally deal with unfriendly employees, like the horrible girl that wears a mask on her chin or the pretty butchy girl, who never smiles. This time they have a new red head who is delightful. Please keep this girl and I will eat here more often.

Expensive, but it filled us up. The chicken tenders are larger than competitors. My daughters usually eat 4 each at another place(with fries), they barely ate 2 here. My chicken sandwich(huge) was served on a cold bun so that took away from fully enjoying it. I'm not one to say anything, so I just ate it.

I stopped in while Christmas shopping in Mountain Grove and Citrus Plaza. As I started my order, I was told that it would be a 15-20 minute wait as each order is cooked to serve. I don't mind waiting for freshly cooked food, but I was on a time crunch. I said I'd be back after finishing up my shopping. When I popped back in, the lady at the counter, whom I believe is named Sara, remembered me, and my order. She also said I had the look of someone who wanted take out....
