Just walked in to buy a pie for someone's Birthday! Friendly service, but slow & chatty about her family's financial woes. I gave her a tip anyway.
Family tried the pie after dinner and it was a huge disappointment. It definitely wasn't fresh and shouldn't have been sold to anyone. Coconut Cream Pie. Mushy, but stale tasting crust. No one could finish their slice & threw out the rest of it.
When you're charging over $20 for a pie I expect it to be fresh. Never again.

The place is extremely run down, left after we were sat and no one greeted or acknowledged us after almost 5 minutes of waiting. Was also sat in a broken booth with cracked leather. Never going back. Businesses need to take pride in their workplaces

“call the police “ For ordering a pie ! Horrific Experience Horrible !!!! Placed order for pie online and I’m here at location to pick up my pie ? It’s 8:30 pm says they close at 9pm however they have doors locked ! Employee came to door and called someone to open door to explain to me that the cook had to leave early so they closed . I explained I ordered the pie for pick up and drove all way from fontana to Redlands but the woman employee just shut door and locked it saying she was sorry the registers are closed already ! Absolutely unacceptable ! Worst customer service very rude so I’m leaving without my pie and will never buy another pie from here in my life . Word of advice to owner of establishment hire someone with a little respect to work here and maybe you will stay in business !!!
Horrified !!!! As I was in Handicapped parking space because I’m disabled to make matters worse as I’m writing this review the Redlands police pulled up behind my vehicle and asked me if there was a problem I said no and explained that I ordered pie online for pick up at 8:20 and it said to pick it up and employee called the police and told them that I went into the establishment and caused a scene which is a complete lie I never stepped foot in the restaurant the door was locked and a young man went to door and said hold on he would get someone to open door . After limping back to my car I walked back to door for the female employee to open door to tell me they were closed due to cook leaving early .not to mention I ordered a holiday pumpkin cheeseswirl pie that is refrigerated ! she just had to put it in box and hand it through the door ! customer service and the warm comfort of a cocos holiday pie !!!!call the cops on me “Really “ 😭🤦♀️🍰

Bad dining experience. Overheard they were low on staff so makes sense, but it would have been nice to know before so I could take my business elsewhere and actually enjoy a pleasant meal. The bacon was good, beverage was watered down (diet coke), pancakes were not cooked all the way. The staff were all nice, but I can tell they were frustrated with workload.

Went on a Monday morning, it wasn't too busy. Waitress was very polite, and didn't make a fuse when we asked for 3 separate checks. We received our food in a timely manner, and just as we expected. The 3 of us ordered the Weekday Special with eggs any style, bacon or sausage patty, hash brown or country potatoes, and toast or pancakes. Very tasty. Meal and drink was under $20.

The last time I was at this place was on the same day my dad passed away four years ago. At the time it was welcoming and we were serviced right away on a busy day. However today, nobody acknowledged me and my mom and a line of customers behind us for a good while. The hostess was rude when she asked if anyone signed their names, all said no. Keep in mind we were the first ones to show up, and she ignored us and acknowledged people behind us instead. Incredibly disappointed that a bittersweet memory has been tainted with privileged stuck up snobby services.

My husband and I frequently eat breakfast at Coco's Restaurant and Bakery because the chef makes the best lettuce-wrap burger I've had since I developed a gluten allergy 6 years ago. This restaurant also offers gluten free pancakes and they are delicious. There is a popular local restaurant down the street which offers more gluten-free choices, but it's always so packed and noisy/busy. We prefer the atmosphere at Coco's better, and you get service right away.

No Coke products. The breakfast burrito was fantastic. No Coke products is a bummer.

Food was very tasty but served lukewarm. Our server was non existent. Long periods between ordering and seeing food. Requested drink refills never came. Just “be right on that” - we skipped the dessert we were looking forward to due to the service.
