Food is really good, basic easy breakfast, good service and friendly staff... but... this olace is falling apart! Seats are stained, soiled and ripped to the point that the cushion is showing. Carpet is matted stained and exterior has evidence of dry rot and separation of the facia.Tile is worn and the grout needs a deep clean. Breakfast again was great but this place needs serious help

Went to Coco's for the first time and was very shocked! We ordered breakfast food and it all turned out great. The coconut cream pie was so yummy. I was shocked because it's so much tastier than some of the other quick diners around. Our service provided was great, coffee was always being refilled, and the restaurant is very spacious and looked like it could even accommodate to big families/parties. Definitely is on my list for go-to breakfast for when I'm too lazy to cook!

Food tastes good pies are delicious there's a great selection. Reasonably priced. Service is a little slow even when not busy. Older waitress is yelling across the restaurant to customers having casual conversation. Atmosphere needs serious upgrades the seats and carpet have a lot of wear and tear.Parking: Parking is close to front door maybe 30 feet. Plenty of free parking and handicap parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat surface

Been here twice and both times I've ordered a muffin. Each time the muffin has been very crumbly, (totally falling apart), lacking flavor and doesn't taste freshly baked. The food is ok.

Love the pies. I only go to get pies, but the staff serves me always with a smile.

The place is already somewhat old and neglected, somewhat dirty, on the ceiling, floor and windows.

We had an early dinner, so the waitress was able to sit and serve us promptly and explain the food options (including substitutions).Parking: There were plenty of spaces to park around the business.Wheelchair accessibility: We were ADA with a cane. The distance from the spot to the front door was further than expected. Especially when there was a side door available, but it was locked.

We went for Valentine Day dinner. We opted for pie and coffee because we didn't want to spoil our dessert with dinner! The service was excellent even though it was late in the evening. The restaurant was clean and inviting and the pie was delicious! The coffee was surprisingly good.

Their pies are not very good. I don't suggest purchasing from them for a special event. The crust on the apple pies were crumbly in spots so, we chose two cheese cakes. The cakes were extremely thick and dry. The other pastries didn't look any better.
