Great portion sizes and friendly staff
First time there.
So many choices! š
The lady there today was fantastic and patient as we both dealt with the indecisive child and an unsure senior I was getting ice cream for lol
I want to recognize Anthony, Clara and Aileen for such a great customer service. I came there the other day and they were attentive and helpful with my ice cream request.
Two stars because service was friendly. Probably should have a bell though because I received an important call when I walked in, the server went to the back and I had no way of notifying her I was ready until she came out.
Now, the product. I was sick the remainder of the day. I actually sat in my car and consumed this, and couldnāt even get halfway through without discarding it. It was throw out the window on the freeway worthy. I got the most BASIC! chocolate & vanilla plain ice cream in a waffle bowl with gram cracker pieces. I canāt quite put my finger on the taste other than the that of spoiled milk. I tried to ignore it. I just couldnāt take it anymore. I didnāt even bother to go inside and complain. I just cried on the way home because I NEEDED that ice cream as I was having a not so great day. I drove out of my way to find this. I shouldāve just went to the one in Moval/Riverside County. It is 12:47am as Iām typing this and I still feel nauseated.
Truly disappointed. Nice shopping center though š¤·š½āāļø Waste of $12+. Will not be returning.
Itās really delicious 𤤠first time trying and it was really good especially the strawberry š ice cream
Employee Norah made me a delicious dairy free chocolate ice cream with Heath Bar add ins. She was professional and adorable! Part 2- ordered a Peanut butter Playground ice cream cake for an office of 8 for a co-worker's birthday and it was a huge success!
Dietary restrictions: I picked the dairy free chocolate, but I noticed some sugar free options.

The staff was great, the young man behind the counter was the most courteous and polite person I've met in a long time. Apparently great service is not long lost. The ice cream was good but not great. There is no seating on the inside where it is nice and cool, the reason I marked the atmosphere down. Instead there is a large often crowded food court outside next to a fountain, with chairs and seating. It's fun but lacks the intimacy and cool AC environment that can be had in doors. Finally, there is ample parking but be aware it too can get congested and busy.
Parking: Plenty of but can get packed and chaotic.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely, kids seem to love hanging by the fountain.

Cold stone is so expensive! Thereās no atmosphere to enjoy your ice cream ! I should no longer come to any cold stone. I would rather go buy a bucket of ice cream for 5.99 then get ripped off .

I came by here yesterday with my 2 kids. My daughter (6yo) ordered a cone with 2 ingredients. The worker asked us 3 times before starting the order which cone we wanted, after the 4th and 5th time my daughter interjected that we had said it so many times already. She finished the ice cream but to our dismay she put it in a waffle bowl. I was so unsure if it was a prank and my daughter looked at me to speak up but I decided it's better to just take it and go. I ordered my last 2 ice creams from the menu, unaltered and just said bowl since I knew they knew what those were. We went to color while they finished and to our second dismay for the 15 mins we were there, they brought over completely plain ice cream with no ingredient. I was screaming inside but was so over it that I just wanted to leave. I normally wouldn't take the time to write anything but what got me the most was that I was charged $40 for the 3 ice creams that were all incorrect and 2 barely even just ice cream. Such a disappointment to my kids who thought an ice cream shop would be cool and fun to go to but instead just leave annoyed and disappointed.
