Service was horrible. Left a tip hoping it wouldn't change them and it didn't. Won't be coming back.

Honestly this place is a must stop if you’re visiting Redlands! The sweetest family owned cookie shop with staff that are welcoming and friendly. Cookies ARE MIND BLOWINGLY DELISH & made by hand in a locally owned shop with real ingredients. You can’t ask for more than that. Don’t miss out on this goodness 🤤

My family loves the cookies from here. Every time we are in California, we have to stop in. The only bad part is whenever they run out of the chocolate chip minis.

Came in to try the cookies and the workers were really nice! And the cookies were delicious! Definitely will be going back soon ! ??

Mostly disappointing. Their cookies come cold (I was told they were baked this morning). I would prefer a warm fresh cookie if I’m going to go to a gourmet cookie shop at least be baking fresh cookies served warm. Presentation is lacking. Also they were out of cold milk. Sadly, pre packaged chocolate chip cookies from Jersey Mikes beat their chocolate chip cookie all day long in my book and Subway’s cookies also beat this cookie shop for me so I won’t be getting cookies from this place again.

The minis are a perfect size! S'mores flavor was the favorite flavor with my group.

I'm ADDICTED to these cookies! You can tell they are baked with LOVE! They are always gooey and delicious. The owners are there a lot and always super nice! I do my best to support small business especially in town and grateful to have such a wonderful place in town!

The women who helped us was not only rude but full of herself. The cookies are average at best. I was hoping I was going to love them, but there was nothing special.

Came by today for my first time because me and my daughter are doing the Redlands scavenger hunt.
We ordered two of the Twix cookies because they looked AMAZING!
Background- I worked at a bakery for many years and both me and my partner love an underbaked cookie!
But these just tasted of raw flour and were too underdone even for our liking.
We both took a bite and were not able to get past the raw flour flavor (the goodies inside the cookie were tasty, but the dough was too raw).
On the plus side, they do sell some of my favorite candles there that we were able to purchase!

Ever since the location in Twin Falls, Idaho has opened. I’ve chose them over Crumble. I love that all the ingredients in there desserts are real and not processed. Tonight we went and got the Frosted Sugar, Salted Caramel, Monster and Muddy Buddy. Hands down the most delicious treats. I respect the Twin Falls Location owners a lot. We even got a Cutter on our 1st Visit!
