We were so excited to try this spot and the cocktails on the menu looked amazing. About 10 minutes after we were seated the waiter told us that he was told by the manager to stop seating guests due to a large party/reservation coming in, but that he wasn’t told this until after he sat us. Even though we were already sat, he said we wouldn’t get our food or drinks for over 45 minutes due to the large party (that came in AFTER us!!). I asked if the manager knew we were already seated and he said yes, but could not accommodate us unless we waited the 45min. We were hungry and couldn’t wait so we left. This is such terrible customer service I’m so unhappy with our experience.

Overhyped overpriced hole in the wall. We came yesterday with our toddler and puggle and got our outdoor seats. Wonderful, so excited to eat after an afternoon of hiking. I was intrigued by the cocaine cowgirl drink and it wasn’t anything it was hyped up to be in the description. It came with a lil button plant to chew to change the flavor of the drink, but it didn’t really? I felt silly for falling for it and now I was stuck with an… unpleasant drink. We chose the trio of fries to start it off and idk they were mostly soggy and limp. Again, we’re hungry and tired so we eat them up anyway. We ordered and everything was going fine. I ordered the burger, husband ordered the pork belly, and we got our toddler one of the two only foods they offered for kids (the first one being a regular sized cheese pizza): chicken tenders. When we got our food, we dug in. The burger was absolutely heavenly. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The wagyu beef is exquisite. My husband on the other hand, cut into his pork belly (after eating some of the outer layer) discovered that the inside of the pork belly was cold. So he naturally sent it back because it’s a food hazard. Turned off of the pork belly since it was again, a health hazard, asked for the mushroom risotto. He got it after I’d finished my burger (the bun got soggy real quick) and we agreed that the risotto was so-so. Definitely not worth the price. They offered us a free drink, even though my husband wasn’t even drinking and it was his meal that was the health hazard. Make that make sense. When we finally got the bill, they hadn’t even removed the replacement dish he’d gotten after he was served the health hazard. I told my husband that the drink was probably a test and if we left it untouched, they probably would have removed the dish. So if you’re ever served a dish that could send you to the hospital and they offer you a “complimentary” drink, don’t take it. Our toddler also didn’t touch the chicken tenders, which is probably for the best because since the pork belly came out cold; we figured the chicken tenders would be raw inside. we took it home despite it, as the chicken tenders (a beloved dish for kids, but our toddler refused) was ten whole dollars. We’ll take it home and airfry it instead of leaving ten dollar chicken tenders and fries behind. Definitely will never come back here :)

Great Drinks, friendly and good service, food with room for improvement.
The cocktail was perfect. Salad, fries and burger weren‘t able to keep up with the drinks.

Cute bar and bistro. Our server was really sweet and helpful with the menu. The drinks were great and had fun themes to them. Our food looked beautiful but tasted okay, not the best but for the price I was happy. My only minor “complaint” was it was quite small inside and you have to go outside to the alley to access the restroom, BUT the restroom does require a code to enter at least so that was good. Had a nice day date, I would come back again for sure 👍

This has to be the best place in Redlands. Great selection of drinks and food and housed in this beautiful building. It does get cold though bring a jacket.

Took my sis, my daughter and my niece who was celebrating her 20thr birthday. They've never been to Redlands so i figured I'd take them somewhere to eat in Orange Street Alley. They wanted to take some interesting photos to commemorate the occasion. Copehouse had some interesting-looking items on their menu posted online so we chose to make reservations here. It's tiny, and definitely a place to go for drinks, but they also have delicious food. I would recommend the rib eye served with 3 different compound butters.

We thought we might give this place a chance but we thought it was so bad that we left before we could even eat. When we enetered, we had their speaker right in our face and couldn't even hear or speak with the host to mention we had a reservation and they didn't ask either. Then, despite 70% of the tables being open, the host seats us literally next to the kitchen doors and near the blaring music. Very bad first impression. We went to Caprice instead.

The food is pretty good, breakfast pizza is delicious. I also like their burgers a lot. My only complaints are that they definitely don't know how to make a sidecar cocktail, and they chicken wings are TINY. It's definitely not worth the price. Other than that, its a nice place with good vibes and good service.
