My husband and I came from San Jacinto just to come and try this out. It was worth the drive. The food is fantastic. Great value .

My wife and I ordered from here via door dash to give it a try, and it was so delicious! I gave them five stars on service and atmosphere because it's not their fault I had it delivered, but I can't attest to the accuracy of those things yet, because we're definitely going to try it in person soon! I got the brisket sandwich, coleslaw, and beans and my wife had the burger with pulled pork, and potato salad along with the same sides I had. We also got the brisket fries to share. It was a massive amount of food, so definitely worth the price! We'll be eating leftovers for a few days. The meals came with a variety of BBQ sauce and other dips that all tasted freshly made and were phenomenal. The more vinegar heavy BBQ sauce was definitely the stand out favorite, but they were all so good. I've lived all over the country and had BBQ done many different ways, but I always come back to loving Texas style and Carolina style and this place absolutely nailed that authentic southern BBQ you just don't find often in California. It's definitely worth the price, just bring your most stretchy pants because after all that delicious meat you're not going to want to miss out on the peach cobbler for dessert!

A PERFECT ADDITION TO REDLANDS!
I was already impressed by the Beaumont Cornerstone BBQ location, but the new restaurant in Redlands truly takes the culinary experience to another level. Nestled in a beautifully restored old theater building, this charming venue exudes character and warmth. The dining area is spacious and inviting, accommodating a generous number of guests while creating a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that every visit feels personal and welcoming.
One dish that I highly recommend is their succulent burnt ends; it's a standout and happens to be one of my all-time favorites. I find myself returning frequently, as this place has become my go-to spot after a long day at work. It’s the perfect place to unwind and indulge before heading home. Don’t miss out—make sure to stop by and experience the delightful offerings for yourself!
Parking: Limited storefront parking, however, available street parking and parking within local businesses lot areas.

The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms, and the service was excellent. The food was enjoyable, I had a burger with potato salad, and my husband tried the two-meat combo, which was very flavorful. Overall, a great experience!

I went with my daughter and son in-law. I choose the smash single pattie with cheese. First time there, it was so plain and dry, never again. Know body asked me if I wanted lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and sauce. It was a dry $19 burger, fries what made my meal.

We showed up with a large party and put a few tables together. The hostess was very accommodating under the circumstances.
The burnt ends were very good. Brisket was very good. Other items were about average for this region. The baked beans were their own take and a pleasant change, but it won't be what you expected at a bbq joint. The spend was in the neighborhood of $300 for 2 orders of Family platters plus some extras plus some desserts.

My wife & I drove from Corona to visit Cornerstone. We shared Holy Trinity combination off their menu. The meats were all very good, none of the meats were dry as some bbq places are, but flavorful, moist. The beans and potato salad were also tasty. Portions for the Trinity were plenty and sufficient for two adults. Ty! Don't stop, keep the faith and keep the quality control going!
