This place was delicious! I got the 2 meats (brisket and pork belly) and 1 side (potato salad) and it was delicious. The meat was so juicy and fatty. I definitely want to come back to try their breakfast menu. The owner and server were super sweet and attentive!

Great spot for meat lover as they offer a variety of dishes, such as classic BBQ, burgers, burritos. They make the sauce in house and it enhances the flavor so much!!

Always an enjoyable meal here lots of flavor in everything you order if you haven't tried so on Recommend the sausage and brisket all day!! Lol There's plenty of other stuff to order but these stick out for me, staff are fast working and professional setting is laid back... can't go wrong!

We went to the Cornerstone barbecue inside the Redlands marketplace. The food was delicious and the portions were large. It was a very busy atmosphere and a lot of people enjoying different types of food. Barry was very friendly and made our experience awesome. Great BBQ, Thanks

I should’ve left when I noticed there was only two tables eating. I found out that Dino ribs are only served on the weekends. I ordered pork ribs, tri-tip and Macaroni and cheese with a Dr Pepper 40$ I got three pork ribs. They were OK. The tri-tip was so dry and extremely thin. I couldn’t even finish it. I was forcing myself to swallow it because I didn’t want to waste food and I ended up just throwing the rest in the trash because it was hard to swallow, the macaroni and cheese needed salt It was extremely bland. It tasted like water. The bread roll tasted like it came off the clearance rack at Stater Brothers and it’s about two weeks old When I went and got my soda, the ice was melting So my soda got water down And not to mention, there was a lot of oil at the bottom of my macaroni and cheese container. I don’t know what’s going on over there, but I will not be back. I have never been to Kansas before, but I don’t think Kansas would be proud of this barbecue

This was my first visit to this restaurant. While the service was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant, I had concerns about the food quality. My order arrived in under 5 minutes, which seemed suspiciously fast. The food was lukewarm rather than hot, and it didn't taste fresh—almost as if it had been prepared earlier and sitting out. I also felt full unusually quickly after eating. Overall, the staff and ambiance were fine, but the food itself was disappointing.

Review for the food court location... Had the brisket and ribs. Brisket dry, not at all tender. Little meat on the ribs. Out of pulled pork (which I wanted). Overpriced.

Ate at Cornerstone BBQ and it was horrible this time. They were out of brisket, so they gave me shredded brisket instead, no jalapeño sausage, and the coleslaw tasted old. Never again. Sad because I’ve had it before and it was good… but not anymore. 😒

Saturday 12pm & this place is dead. I don't get it. This is easily top 5 of the bbq I've been had in California. The service is great and the bbq is really good. I'm not a huge fan of the pepper rub they use, but that doesn't take away from the perfect smoke on the bbq. Give 'em a shot!

Great BBQ place. Had been wanting to visit for a long time and I'm glad we did. We ordered the holly trinity for the wife and I and some chicken tenders and ribs for the kiddos. The meat was delicious as were the sides. The kids liked the meat but Mc and cheese was the star for them. Price are very reasonable and the service was great, would definitely recommend.
