Dear Dairy Queen, thank you for the ice cream cone yesterday. I really enjoyed having a vanilla ice cream flavor. I would love to go back to this place again with my family’s or my friends. Thank you for the ice cream cone!

I was in thos place yesterday 3/8/2025. They had no ice for soda. My entire burger including bun was covered in ketchup it looked like my 6 year old made the hamburger. The environment was filthy dirty not a single clean table and food and trash all over the floor. The guy taking my order was constantly off doing something else... the customers after me had to wait 10 minutes just for him to come out from the back. I will not be going back to this place. I do not usually leave a review unless it's good but this place was really bad

Absolutely horrendous customer service. The young blonde lady working the register on 3/8/25 at around 8:29 P.M was rude and infuriating to deal with. On top of that, the “pick up delivery” sign was completely turned the wrong way, and I had to fix it for her. Also, my food was cold. Never coming to this location again.

It is literally 99° outside but it feels like it's 150 inside Dairy Queen. How can that be? IDK if they have a swamp cooler or what but it was humid as heck in there. I wanted to chill with my lil nephew but we decided to eat outside instead.

The store is old and small, but since it mainly serves takeout, there is no major inconvenience. Just park at the back of the store and go in. (No drive-thru available) It tastes similar to the discontinued McDonald's chocolate cone. I got the medium size, but it was larger than I expected, so I think it would be appropriate to get one small size per person! The staff are friendly.
