The service is excellent. The restaurant owner is a very kind and cheerful man who welcomes every customer. When I go to this restaurant, I feel like I'm among my family, and I always look forward to going there.

Chicken basket deal with chicken, fries, drink, and Sunday for $7 can't be beat. I usually pay $2 more for a small blizzard instead, that would typically cost more than $2 itself, and it's plenty for me. Not all DQs have this deal, but Redlands DQ does, and their employees here are always always the best. We Don't even live in Redlands, but when we do go there, we usually stop by this DQ, because it's the best value with friendly employees.

Went in on 4th of July . We ordered 2 malts LARGE! NOT BUSY MIND YOU. SHE HANDS ME 2 MEDIUM MALTS! I LOOKED AT HER AND TOLD HER I ORDERED LARGE!!!! SHE GAVE ME THE STUPIDEST LOOK.

I have ordered pretzel stick for delivery three times now. The first two orders, they were not included in the order (bags were sealed). The third time, tonight, they were delivered but they were hard as a rock. Do better, Dairy Queen.

I thought those videos of subway workers on fent were a joke but I swear the cashier was struggling to stay alert. Have being waiting for chicken strips to show up and only still here because I've already been charged.
When I parked there was a legit crack head drinking in an Altima in the parking lot who walked into the back door as we left.
Will NEVER come again and will tell everyone I know to stay away

It’s a grill and chill. What is there to say? I go for their ice cream. I had a cheeseburger one time. It was OK better than McDonald’s, but doesn’t hold a candle to In-N-Out. They get pretty busy and the week can be prohibitive in the evening, so I always shoot for late lunch and go through the drive-through for a chocolate dipped cone.
