My husband and i literally watched them continuously try to refuse to help assist a disabled man with his order. The man explained repeatedly that hes disabled & that he needs help, also that its illegal but the lady at the front counter still denied and literally said ‘its because i have to go over there with your payment and i dont want to’ 11:10 am 9/27/25

I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with green sauce. The beans were not warm enough to melt the cheese. My fries were limp and almost cold. Both of those items went to the trash can. At least my snack taco was warm and delicious.
