They did not even greet us when we walked in stood in there for at least 10 minutes trying to get someone’s attention only two employees and their kitchen is right there in the front. Food was mostly luke warm to cold and my son found some dirty floaties in his cup when we got home. The lobby dispensers weren't working when we got there, so they filled it up behind the counter, but nobody apparently cleaned the soda dispensers behind the counter. I didn't even bother to finish my soda after that. Calling the health department tomorrow.

The food was great, the restaurant clean, but I took a star because the representative who assisted me (who I believe was the manager), notably looked bothered when I asked for assistance. It was not particularly busy, 2 customers were already seated and enjoying their food, but when I asked for help ordering the Tuesday taco deal, she seemed bothered and said I could not order that on the kiosk. Instead of immediately offering to take my order at the register, she paused as if waiting for me just order something else. Then I asked if I could order on the register and she appeared bothered that I interrupted her work (she was holding a clipboard which she placed down). I want to note that the other workers were manning the grill/food and she was the only other person near the register. There's more to the story but I'll stop here.

There was a roach in the bag last night. My boyfriend didn't tell me til now because we had already eaten the food when he discovered it and didn't want me to freak out. I woke up feeling nauseous. My fish was also rock-solid and nearly all black, with little meat under the breading. I could barely chew it but was starving... I'm now worrying about bacterial infections... Don't go here. (Also a shame to see another greedy corporation replace their workers with machines.)
