Came in here tonight to pick up a pizza and the Manager Jason was just working extremely hard; picking up orders, running the register, making pizza in a blink of an eye. Never seen someone work so hard in my life, just all praise to this awesome man… Awesome job!

do not come here this place has HORRIBLE customer service. We had ordered a large pizza with half pepperoni and half mushroom and bell peppers. They had gotten the order wrong and I called back and the guy that answered the phone had passed me to the line with the supervisor and she was super disrespectful!

This is my 3rd time ordering from this location the pizza was a lot better today then I have had in the past but the cheesy bread was undercooked and inedible. They were quick bringing it out to my car and it was ready on time.

Would rate zero stars if possible. Literally waited over 30 mins for my carside delivery of one pizza and a drink. Took two phone calls to finally reach someone on the phone to bring my order out; first call I was put on hold for 20 mins and the second it kept redirecting me until I reached someone. The guy that brought my order wasn't even apologizing for the inconvenience just came up and gave me my food. Never received a free pizza offer or anything for waiting more than two minutes as what the company offers or shows when it comes to waiting for carside delivery. What is the point of having carside delivery if you guys make us wait for over 30 mins? On top of all the waiting, my food was cold. Very upset with the service and food quality at this location. Do not come here unless you are willing to wait for minutes over after your order is ready as what the food tracking says and come back home with cold food. Do better for customer service and quality or don't offer the carside pickup service.

If I could give 0 stars, trust me I would. Customer service is terrible. They had me wait an hour and 30 minutes for a MEDIUM PIZZA. just one pizza. the workers didn't even put the damn pizza in the oven or make it when I got there they were confused where the pizza was.. yeah maybe because you guys did NOT MAKE IT. They had me wait 40 minutes until they decided to actually make the pizza and actually put it in the oven. By that time, I lost my appetite. It is a shame that the dominos employees act like this like I am in the wrong and ordering a simple pizza is a burden when I just ordered a MOBILE pick up for 1 pizza and I ended up hearing employees yell at EACHOTHER and walk out. just rude and unprofessional . I did mobile order so I wouldn't have to deal with rude employees. I would never recommend anyone to come to this Dominos In San Bernardino unless you wanna wait an hour and 30 minutes for a pizza and hear ppl yell and scream and walk out and throw it on you.

Literally the worst Domino's Pizza I've ever had. I spent $30 on basically cheese and a few toppings. There was literally no dough, no crust. Mind you I did not order thin crust I ordered hand-tossed I understand that it's not going to be a thick pan pizza but you should at least be able to taste the bread underneath the toppings. I have never in my life seen a pizza so thin.
